I haven’t been a part of the conversation here, although I’ve been reading comments from time to time.

 

However, the earlier post prompted me to get off the sidelines (just this once) and to respond. 

 

Dear the_sweetroad,

 

I’ve had a pleasure of discussing a couple of shows with you on the KFG website. Your thoughtful comments enhanced my watching experience and deepened my understanding of those shows. 

 

Please don’t feel disheartened by the mean-spirited comments and the toxic environment they’ve created.

 

It’s clear that an unhealthy obsession with technicalities and “clues”, as well as self-righteousness, prevented a certain thread polluter from receiving the show’s most important message (which JA and the loan shark took to heart): value togetherness and be kind, tolerant, open minded and respectful.  Apparently, this message was totally lost on that commenter.
