I am only giving-up on the shipping bcos it will be a long, long wait before they confirm or not - maybe another 10 years, Rowoon will only be 37 then. It is TIRING ..
I read in his TOMORROW interview that he is not interested to have kids esp IF BOTH of them are actors. They will work hard to have time for each other even harder with kids.
So marrying late is not a problem.
As I’ve mentioned above, Rowoon is the only male PEB allowed to get close to her and she hasn’t shown any interest at all with others.
Rowoon is a FLIRT .. but that is his youthful personality.
IF indeed, they had a mutual understanding before, a deep friendship and had a falling out last year - that explains why Rowoon is bolder, edgier and flirtier nowadays ..

NOT all the members are rooting for him. TWO specifically have been ignoring him,
very obvious during performances, he makes all the effort, ZUHO is the member who loves him the most, he changed his profile pic to black when it was officially announced Rowoon was leaving. Youngbin the Leader appreciates his efforts, Rowoon posted support for the SOLO projects of Hwiyang & Yoo-Taeyang .. I was attacked when I posted my observations.
So YES - aside from his back problems, Rowoon stans are happy he finally decided to leave because we saw him doing his best to PLEASE everyone .. and NEVER ENOUGH.

With this shipping thingy ..
I felt very strongly PEB & KSW were in some sort of relationship after seeing their
chemistry and BTS interaction .. after 2 years I am not sure anymore. ALTHOUGH, I still believe Rowoon is the only guy PEB was attracted to and allowed to get close to her. STILL .. PEB is not yet ready or ever will be.
PEB i feel is married to her career and no one is worth risking everything shes worked for since she was a mere child. Rowoon will be her TOTGA - The One That Got Away ..
After watching DWY, I see a lot of differences but many viewers absolutely believe that JBA & KSW are in a relationship. Its like hey, I was in that exact same position - your hearts will just be broken.
So now .. I think I am over that shipping thing. I just really like PEB & KSW and will support their projects with different partners .. but you guys know what, I really don’t like nor trust KTO, he is a user in my opinion and I hope PEB will decline EAW2 .. she has no need to do it.
We’ll probably get some news minimum 10 years before we find out who they end up with ..

I am so proud that both their dramas are well received. PEB is really the MOST VERSATILE ACTRESS in SK. Who wouldave thought she’d excel in singing & dancing. Her talents are really LIMITLESS .. another BAEKSANG ..
Rowoon is a very expressive & physical actor. Comedy is the hardest genre. It is easy to make viewers cry but to entertain and make people LAUGH is a GIFT. . His eyes, nuanced and subtle facial & physical projection is EPIC hilarious. There is a thin line between slapstick, corny, annoying over-acting and hysterically funny comedy. He shows great restrain.
I have no doubt that it was during TKA that SeokWoo decided he was going to work hard at being the best that he can be inspired by PEB.
PEB always praised and encouraged him.

TKA was my very first kdrama and I was astounded by their chemistry ON & OFF esp their bts. Their impact stayed with me for months and found refuge here in this forum. I read everything from page 1. . I was truly encouraged when PEB did hardly any bts with KTO during EAW promo period. I am a KIM Rowoon stan but really like PEB for him. She is beautiful, smart, modest, great influence to Rwn .. AND PURE. . Again shes not doing anything much with MLs in CAD so the flickering flame of hope is surviving the drought era with no crumbs at all.
I feel PEB & Rwn had a falling out last year thus Rwn admitted he went to his lowest point add to that the HATERS of and in SF9 which led to his decision to pick himself up, quit SF9 and re-launched himself as a fulltime actor. He can’t be an ice candy actor all the time, he changed his image, got rid of his inhibitions and limitations he adhered to before in order to be able to tackle more mature roles and become available to all roles as an actor.
He had to work harder as an x-IDOL.
I’d be in SUPER PANIC MODE the moment PEB starts to become bolder like Rwn.
I’ll collapse and lose all hope.
Right now I am hanging-on bcos of PEB.
Maybe PEB understands and is giving Rwn some latitude or giving signs to Rwn that they still have a chance if they broke-up or had a misunderstanding .. ok ok DELULU ok ok

Re Rowoon & JBA
I think Rwn was just being a gentleman when he only lightly put his hand on her bare shoulders. Other pics with other ladies also showed his hand floating actually.
After he made the decision to leave SF9 and focus on his acting career, I think he resolved to be FREE of his inhibitions, become bolder and edgier, take on mature roles afterall he is 27 years old and if that included sex scenes so be it.

EAW gave PEB her Baeksang Grand Prize but I feel it took so much from her. I hate the idea that her ML there will use her again in S2. If Diva doesn’t do well, she will have to do EAW2.
I took a break bcos TKA and RoBin seems a memory too far gone. RoBin doesn’t give us any crumbs at all .. I was pissed when after TKA won the Emmys, they didn’t organize any joint appearance to thank the viewers for the success of TKA .. we were elated, fans even pulled funds to organize promo LED ads but nothing from them .. just separate short statements. Winning the Emmys is a big deal, apparently not ..

HELLO .. apology in advance for my double standard view. I am ok for Rowoon to do bed scenes, he does it with so much tenderness, respect and care for his FL. I think FLs trust him as a pro actor & gentleman thats why they agreed.
NOW - I can’t imagine PEB in a bed scene with any other ML except Rowoon and not even with him.
AND I can imagine PEB agreeing for him to do it but as a considerate GF, she won’t do it for the sake of her BF & relationship seeing as she has no need to do it to advance her career. She is made, a legend already..
IF you guys read the first 20-30 pages of this site, you’ll find PEB does follow Rowoon. Even if he is younger in age and acting career, she respects Rowoon’s ideas etc .. he matches her mentally. Rowoon is the man in the relationship .. SHE ALLOWS HIM to take the lead hahaha .. she understands as the man, he needs to advance his career and in SK bolder roles are more acceptable with men.

Hello Guys .. I’ve been on a long break but have been reading your posts.
No disrespect to anyone .. just thoughts..
Regarding KIM Rowoon.
In interviews, he did admit hitting rock bottom last year but have managed to work through it. With what has transpired recently, I FEEL, it had everything to do with his finally deciding to leave his group SF9.
I am thrilled he did, leave that highly TOXIC wretched environment, fanatics and even some of his group members who turned on him when he got more successful and expected him to continue carrying the fame load to propel the group inspite of his back issues which deter him from performing as well as back in their PEAK days. He was in a Damn If You Do and Damn If You Don’t situation for about 2 years. Even during TKA days, he already confided with PEB regarding his pain and dreams.
TOMORROW was a global hit and so is DESTINED WITH YOU. Kim Rowoon is NOT a local flavor, he is the son of Netflix and global platforms, he is VERY popular in Asia, South America and Latin countries. The moment he went back to work this year, he has THREE drama projects back-to-back so how can people say he is a failure. WHY - bcos of poor local ratings? then explain TOP 10 in Netflix and other platforms. His drama The Matchmakers will only be shown in Viki Rakuten to promote SK platform. KBS biggest saeguk budget ever.
Just don’t expect his LOCAL high ratings haha.
I FEEL he and PEB are still solid in whatever relationship they are in. They don’t play games and are both sincere. They are both in the acting business, they know the expectations on them. With PEB interaction with her ML in EAW, I think it was PEB herself who set boundaries based on who she is. Rowoon is as broad and open minded as she is, he will never dictate on PEB. And if he did, then PEB agreed to it. PEB is a mature individual who will not be swayed against her wishes by anyone .. also she feels Rwn is worth it.
We are all here in this forum bcos we saw how special they are to each other .. UNDENIABLE.
DESTINED WITH YOU .. To my surprise, it is his most popular and where his acting got noticed and appreciated. I thought TKA was his break-out role but it is DWY. His acting was outstanding and he was yummy handsome as most of his fans described him. He had a certain EDGE and boldness about him, his aura exuded confidence which made him more handsome. HE WAS FREE to express Jang ShinYu .. while filming that drama, he has already DECIDED and his agency supported him to become a FULLTIME ACTOR .. freed from his hellish chains which restricted and choked him.
We all saw his latest photoshoots right, he is ready to go big or go home.
Regarding JoBoAh .. she is a successful & awarded talented actress thus her name is first in billing ahead of Rowoon and he knows it, simple, sweet, goofy like Rowoon AND MODEST. She was very professional and worked very well with Rowoon. THEIR CHEMISTRY is palpable, see this is very complex, some pairings just HAVE IT and some simply don’t no matter what. They can go naked and still no chemistry.
PEB and Rowoon have this energy about them that enables them to create this chemistry no matter who they are paired with.
IT IS NOT THEIR FL or ML fault ..
To summarize:
Rwn supporters are ecstatic he is out of that horrid toxic idol industry. For the sake of his health, well-being and SANITY.
He is NOT a local flavor for whatever reason
IT IS WHAT IT IS .. he has THREE PROJECTS when he decided to come back - explain.
I saw a picture of PEB in a car with Rwn’s bestie AHS .. decoy?? going to meet with Rwn?? Fake?
Let us not be hard on their MLs and FLs, it is THEIR JOB to create chemistry for the success of their projects. I believe JTBC sent the CT to Rwn not JBA. Thus DWY couple pics, JBA won’t do that .. she is decent and modest.
Destined With You is a romcom. It was made to ENTERTAIN not win awards or convey relevant messages like TOMORROW. DWY is a refreshing change from all the violence and hate culture in this world. It is goofy, simple plot, lots of romantic gestures, great cinematography and well-acted by both JBA & KSW.
Let us support both of them .. darn we have to suffer bcos they are so talented and capable of creating chemistry with their partners. SUFFER!!

Rowoon closes in with peeps on&off camera but doesn’t HUG the way he hugged KimHY
and she also held Rowoons arms. There were scenes in HOWs where she handed food to him and she brought food for cast & crew with a message written PLEASE TAKE CARE OF MAKNAE SEOKWOO something like that etc and many, many more LOVELY SWEET interactions which even I a hardcore shipper couldn’t help but scream with delight ..
I REALLY FEEL something happened which upset PEB .. Maybe they were still at odds when Rowoon left for HK .. thus the archiving. Sure it is .. maybe nothing ..

PEB archiving IG account may really mean nothing .. STILL IT HURTS and a shocking move. It was comforting for the fandom to see their pictures together in their IG accounts during their drought period.

Rowoon isn’t as popular as he SHOULD BE.
I FEEL he is reluctant and holding back or maybe he is not in a hurry. He may prefer longevity in the acting field over fame and popularity which is fragile and fickle. He is NOT a player, he prob wants to maintain his REAL sense of self .. it is easy to get lost, that is why he maintains a firm grip on his priorities which I admire in him at the same time frustrates me. LOL.
Sometimes I feel he is staring at success, turns his back on it and will choose a project which he knows is disappointing for fans, will not bring a resounding outcome but does it anyway. I don’t know .. He is an incredibly hard man to read.
He may or may not have a girlfriend .. LOL
I saw bits of his hosting job and it was even Princesa Alba who gave him a peck on his cheek. He just doesn’t FLIRT to tease the fans which will make him more attractive and popular .. I am annoyed with him .. LOL

A REAL TROOPER stayed longer on stage TO FEEL with the fans and groups and share in their disappointment. He connected, made himself more available, closer and visible to fans. I was really amazed when he gestured that he saw their tears and FELT their sadness. I couldn’t be more convinced that this guy is THE REAL DEAL.

Rowoon perfect host in Music Bank CHILE.
The event was cancelled due to HEAVY RAINS but he was a real trooper - wet & cold he stayed on, entertained the fans most of all cheered them knowing & FEELING their disappointment was real. For this he has become more beloved & appreciated.

Just like Mimi, my interest in shipping RoBin has greatly diminished after 2 years BUT I really do believe that they were in a relationship of some sort..PEB was very careful, avoided kto and had minimal bts interaction with him during filming and promo of EAW even when fans complained.
Last year, I also believe they ended their relationship bcos peb was HESITANT to take it to the next level and decided to set ksw free. . that hesitation has always been their issue. . ksw admitted he plunged to the depths last year, I THINK due to two things, leaving sf9 and the end of their relationship.
ksw recovered via accepting it was the end, did many FanMeets and started a new drama DWY & probably a new romance.
What I’m saying is - peb has been in a relationship but not the level of DATING. .
I don’t know if you guys understand the diff.
RoBin will always be special to me cos TKA was the very first kdrama I watched and RoBin got me really believing ..
I am a Rowoon fan and I will support whoever makes him happy. I still do wish they get back together but really .. peb’s career is her priority. If they are meant to be together, they will find each other again when they are ready.
I decided to join in bcos I read a post in X that Rowoon seems to be going crazy <ELLE photoshoots> after he was dumped by peb..

Ofcourse no one knows the truth outside their inner most circle.
