In K-drama's there have been many sub plots where the man was tricked into thinking he slept with a person after drinking or being drugged. They never check their bodies or pay attention to how there bodies feel if they really did that. They also never do a DNA test at birth do verify if the kid they are being blamed for is theirs. Which is why they end up raising someone else blood and find out 20 or more years later. By that time they are attached to the kid.
