This is a good analysis. MY wears a lot of black in the beginning of show and now she wears a lot of white/light colours. MY appears to be wearing the same black lace dress as Head Nurse in her photo in her books - this was not something I thought of but noticed when looking at some IG posts on MY's fashion

Perhaps Head Nurse is MY's biological mother and the mother that MY calls is not...? The father once said that MY's mother is beautiful and the Head Nurse looked very happy with that comment.

Went back and watched ep 3 when the Head Nurse met MY for the first time (?). In the same episode, while MY was driving up to her castle, another van was driving in the opposite direction and we saw a glimpse of a lady in the van...maybe the Head Nurse collected some of MY's mum's belongings then?
This has been an excellent show so far

I think the ending leaves flexibility for a sequel. Why was the family photo with MY's mum never shown, we never saw what happened to the Park patient who escaped, what was the ending to MY's mum's thriller etc. Nevertheless, what a beautiful drama! Every actor and actress was excellent in his/her own way
