[JYP Online Audition Q&A]

Hi guys  My audition tapes will not upload to the site ;( They always seem to upload, finishing at 100%, and then the page redirrects me to the main audition page. However, when I click either "review the application" or "apply for audition" my files are all gone. I am afraid they have not been uploaded and sent. Have you guys also experienced this? Thank you so so so much in advance! I kind of hope I am not the only one.. They are all within/under the mb limit, and I only have one profile photo.

You just have to change the format, same thing happened to me  You can download a converter online. 

Edit: whoops, sorry, I dunno..

 

Edit: I FINALLY MANAGED TO UPLOAD MY FILES! Tips: make sure your files are 1) within the right format 2) within the size limit! 50 MB in TOTAL.
