Hi,

I am trying to submit my online audition but when i click "apply," a popup appears saying 
unavailable data has been delivered. Please try again." I tried again but it did the same thing. What should I do?

Hi!

I am wanting to audition for JYP and have to audition online. I am trying to make an account but whenever it says that a verification number was sent to my email, when I open the email, it doesn't have the verification but rather a bunch of code and gif in korean. TT

Can you please help and advise me??
