    Im heartbroken. I cannot even finish watching those scenes with this HUGE lump in my throat.  I m just shaking and crying. Goodness, I have never been affected by any DRAMAS in here..NOT EVER but this? I have so much to say and I m not even reading the comments here, Ill save myself from even more heartaches. IF they end up together ? I dont care anymore..

    That face of YWY while crying and being consoled by XE/CQ- all my wishes of at least giving me another facet of his emotions aside from the smirk, the cold glances the covert glances he throws CQ - I TAKE IT ALL BACK--ANY OF THOSE but NOT THAT ONE..NOT That one please-- those precious few seconds that saw ME watching his emotions in all its nakedness emblazoned for everyone to see- His fear, his sadness,, ,his love, his pain his regret, his happiness all of em on those few precious seconds when I saw a tear trickle down his cheek.. It devastated my fragile heart.. Gahddss what a BUMMER .Im seriously wishing a growth of a million warts in d private parts of those writers who will not give them a happy  ending! but you know what ? IM FRIGGIN resigned. Im  never watching any of their dramas again . Huhuhuh Goddamnit HOW can I move on..THIS ruined my week. HUHUHUHUHUHUH 

     

    excuse me while I go and beat the crap out of the hubby for not bringing me home my fave latte.. and yeah for not looking like YWY at least for the night.. Hes SOOOOOOOOOO Gonna get it.. im so UPSET! YUWEN YUE!!!!!!!

    OMG! whats in my mind? YOu just concreted it! and I DID thought before that the chemistry she had with CHen Xiao was stellar! and I thought I will never want to see her with another male lead again after Chen Xiao- But this drama proved me WRONG! Goodness and YES< that MV was awesome! LGX is elegantly handsome and so reeks of genteel yet steel upbringing BUT stll handsdown the best smile ever is CHEN XIAO!

    YWY had to leave her- he was sent to bring back the troops and he just whacked that stupid Princess off- lol- thus the cover on his face..he was at least sure that YX will bring her to safety and thats enough for him. Oh my heart! sniff....YX though caring so much for CQ and saw how she defended that city along with the army she had with her, WILL STILL all put them to death, despite CQ pleading for their life..... Ugh ..

    so maybe XE is like that.. she actually DOES NOT LOVE YWY one bit.. which is why i am kinda hating how her character has been written and is portrayed because tho whole reason why i watch a drama is BECAUSE its fake . its supposed to be this IDEAL WORLD but now its RUINING It for me because of the way XE is portrayed.!!!!!!

    Thats like not watching the scenes where they were interacting. Its clearly - seen that she only has platonic care ALTHOUGH INDEED DEEP with YAN XUN- whom she shared ( or so she thinks) a common fate, being homeless, orphan and persecuted.. YWY represents the high  nosed monarchs or those in power that she absolutely hates, YET that sexual tension in every scene was there.. She cannot put a name to it but its verrry obvious that she has already deeply fallen in love with YWY- CQs character is a GOAL driven one- that values LOYALTY to a fault so she will choose that for a while- because we ALL KNow HOW this ends .. her marryign YWY and have kids..

    .since in this drama the story change a bit..I believe that CQ and YX relationship will drift apart after this war...How long CQ will put up with YX current state is in question. But one of the scene that I'm waiting for is CQ and YX parting scene.

    About YWY saving her.It is possible she don't know who save her, afterall she is badly injured.

    and I saw someone in another chinese page- that he proposed to her, and I think she threw away or broke the engagement ring...

    yes ! Stupid me forgot to put in that one. Yes of course I saw it and they are the ones most responsive and commenting everywhere. I believe you - I think Philippines got hooked on Taiwanese Drama first ( Meteor Garden and such) then Korean Drama which is very popular there now.. I have never seen this devotion and fascination with a Chinese actor before NEVER! Move over GOng Yoo lol LGX has come to conquer hearts in Manila. I wonder if any of  the big networks can buy this and show this there? ....

    The DIE is cast so ...

    So be it. Whats in t he DRAMA is how this  story is going to be  and whats in the book, well it was what happened in the book! I can only say that of course nothing will ever satisfy viewers if they keep on comparing.  

    I see some complaints from all over the net on how this drama is deviating from this and that. How come it wasnt depicted that CQ/XE indeed fell in love first with YX like it was in the novel. HOw come its YWY who possesses that bird and not the YX like it was in the novel. So many things to complain about if indeed youd compare it to the novel ..but THEN again, again this is the Drama we are talking about right ? I stopped reading comments for each episodes . 

    When they started the drama, it was obvious that CQs romantic interest will be YWY and no one else. But Im not discounting YXs role in this drama- in FACT, his character I believe is one very remarkable and unforgettable one, IT can have its own stand alone story for a spin off later. The whole DRAMA I think isnt enough to explore the depth of that character.. I  really want an arc on this.. and of course need I say, the chemistry between YWY and CQ is such that it actually brought in a deluge of female fans -take note- not just china but all over Asia...cant remember the site but someone actualy took the time to graph, and laid out statistic on the demographics of this couple's popularity and the result was astounding.. Korea, Thailand, Vietnam have been going crazy about this drama and the most searched words are Yuwen Yuei and CQ .. I think LIn Gen Xing just amassed a ton of fans anew from parts of the globe where chinese dramas were unheard of previously.. Surprisingly high up on the list was that guy playing his body guard.. 

    Just my two cents worth on this lazy Sunday afternoon. HAPPY sunday everyone

Not to say PT was a perfect character. She had flaws, admitted it, learned from it and corrected it. Life moved on. CQ is one of those type that thinks they're smart and always right but really they're just dumb. Yes I know, eventually she gets there but it took her the entire series! Who wants to watch 50+ episodes of the heroine just not getting it?

    That also brings me to another comparison, He Xia vs YX. He Xia is also a way more superior character. Someone said this a few pages back, that it felt like YX is just a bratty kid throwing a temper tantrum playing at being an adult. And I agree. Unlike He Xia,none of his actions felt like a temper tantrum. He plotted, executed it deliberately and stayed committed to his cause. I liked him a whole lot better than YX even though I think He Xia is more evil of the two. I also found him more sympathetic than YX too. His relationship with PingTing is also more poignant and tragic than CQ/YX. And again nothing to do with the actors but just the characters. It's really ironic cause I like ZLY/SD better than Angelababy/SY.

    Posted this thoughts on another forum as well, That episode 48 or 54 of YWY and XE kissing then parting was  absolutely gut wrenching, heartbreaking. But YWY was right when he allowed her to go back to YX. XE needs to find out for herself and I cannot wait for that time when she will feel what YWY felt when he thought she died. As for loyalty that she thinks she owes to YX, she will soon understand what that word really means- Loyalty and Unconditional love, because when YWY is gone she will know its HIM who showed her that.. XE is such a goal driven character, loyal to a fault and of course that bond she shared with YX is there- thus she will go back.. to him. for a while. This parting with YWY will definitely be a n eye opener for her.. "sigh" ( is going back to work with a heavy heart.. )

    Thats gotta be the sweetest, yet most passionate kiss for YWY having grown up in a rigid strict family . But imagine the turmoil inside him in that moment- he is clearly frustrated and was just able to utter such short declaration to her- all the things he wanted to say must be on those kisses he gave her. My gahhhd! my heart-

    In an interview with CQ actress the kiss scene ( dunno which one) was supposed to have another take- and then she was teasing LGX who run away to hide in the car hehe.. So maybe he really is shy!

    3) Did Princess Liang died in YWY's hand?

    Its been quite a while since  I actually get to love a Chinese Drama like the way Im hooked on this one. I get it, the drama cannot satisfy everything that we readers demands. Not since the General and I did I stay awake and get all excited by a drama. What can I say I DO love the main characters and now they manage to convey such intense chemistry even without the cliche love scenes or romantic love declarations . Theres hardly any in fact, but its that static pull that they manage to imbibe everytime they are together in one scene. It can be even the most unromantic scenes but Yuwen Yue and CQ still manage to make hearts skip  a beat. i wont ask for more ( Im lying wish they can have at least another moment where you know they can just throw inhibitions to the air and just let go and LOVE to their hearts content) .. I really think CQ actress is good. I really like Angela Baby but for this part, Id like the same girl to play CQ if EVER there will be Part 2.

     YOu said exactly what I have been saying all  along with people saying she isnt EVENT halfway near in love with him. Im sure she is, she doesnt know it yet as to what  that feeling is. Shes pretty much dense sometmes lol. Her demeanor and actions and expressions just change when Yuwen Yue is around which doesnt happen with other males.. She gets irritated, bratty....unreasonably angry and answers back so rudely.. haha what a cutie couple..

I want to remember him as a mysterious and sexy character, not a goof ball so I rather he doesn't smile at all but just kisses/hugs (and more) her . :D

     oh yeh I see that as well. But his character makes me see past that!  He doesnt have to actually make that big smile. Maybe a bit of a smirk, a lil hint of a smile ... hes been pretty much stoic faced most of the time..but still sexy as hell lol..
