I don't blame GY for basking in the glory of his new found fame. He is a fine actor and a fine gentleman . It has been a long time coming; he certainly deserves all the accolades pouring for him right now.
I am also sure he also came to the realisation that the adulation he is getting right now is only momentary. And he is not getting any younger. This moment in time may not come again.
But he really looks stressed and tired. And very thin. Just last week when he posed for Epigram he looked so much brighter and happier. But photos of him today didn't look too good. He should really look after his health. Seriously.

Yes, i'm voting everyday but alas, the maximum votes a person can cast a day is only 10.
Going for the popularity awards for both of them would seem a far stretch for now but at least i would want them to be amongst the top 3.

He lost consciousness during the filming of Goblin. By now he should know that he cannot stretch himself too thin. There's so much a body can take before it snaps.
He seriously needs a wife to take care of him.

But the most schooling i have gotten so far is reading body language. Boy oh boy, i think i have learnt about body languages more in 305 pages of this forum than in my entire lifetime!!

@JaneyBae Yes, i certainly hope you are right about GY's not calling the shots. Maybe GE is calling the shots..haha...sorry, just joking. Anyway, I do believe they both are smart, level headed people and true love will find a way.
If it is really GE's agency which is preventing them from doing CFs or photoshoots together, then it is committing a serious injustice to fans of the Goblin couple. After taking the viewers to the moon with their sizzling chemistry, they were left high & dry after Goblin ended. No wonder their fans are getting the withdrawal syndrome.

@Mage Abando I think it's probably because of the the recent break-up news of KGE & her ex-boyfriend after Goblin ended. I have this gut feeling that GY is calling the shots in their relationship now. He is at the top of his popularity now after so many years in the industry.....which he deserves of course....and he certainly does not want to tarnish his image by being accused of 'stealing' another man's girlfriend.
It is so frustrating isn't it? KGE has got her own legion of fans & would love to see more of her especially after such a hit k-drama. It looks like GY is reaping all the rewards of Goblin. I just wished KGE didn't go public with her relationship with her ex.....it was certainly a Big, Big mistake....and it certainly made everything so complicated. But that's ℒife....you make mistakes & you learn from it.
I put my trust in GY to make things right . I'm sure what we witnessed during the BTS were real feelings between a man & a woman. Barring any catastrophic lovers' quarrel, i think this ship will sail to its destination.

@JaneyBae Yes, his looks has improved tremendously since 2016 and certainly after Quebec in Goblin. He is also multi-talented and very articulate and charming. Very attractive people usually find it difficult to find a life partner who could match their good looks & personality.
But age is catching up fast with him & he seems earnestly looking for a life partner. And comes this pretty & charming lady who could match his acting prowess and talents and it does look like a match made in ℋeaven. That's why we are all hooked on this love story....it certainly seems like a fairy tale.

@JaneyBae That car split scene was from episode 3, wasn't it? Wow, these two really hit off from the word go! Also before the presscon i presume....
GY is known to be a very cautious man where relationships are concerned...he had his feelings reined in tight....but i guess when love hits you hard, all rules flew out the window....he unabashedly courted this lady infront of cast & crew.

I noticed KGE seems very quiet nowadays. She used to post quite a number of photos regularly on her IG previously.
No prizes for guessing who is limiting her posts on social media now. I guess being a hermit's girlfriend and a Goblin's bride have got many restrictions. But as long as he takes good care of her & makes her happy, i'm ok with it.

Sorry to deviate from the current topic but i have to get this out of my chest. Somebody in this thread mentioned that LDY said GY collapsed during shooting for the last few episodes( probably due to stress and exhaustion) during his fan meeting . So it was true that the shooting was probably delayed because of GY getting sick even though the production team denied the rumour. And LDY ( or was it YIN ?) did say GY & GE cared for each other during filming & it 'made him feel very warm inside' during the airing of the special episodes. I was wondering whether LDY was hinting that GE took care of GY when he was sick....if she did, then it was almost a confession of her love for him. That would be most reassuring for GY as he was certainly calmer & less jealous of LDY after that, hence all three could go together for Sungjae's concert ( but GE sat much closer to GY of course) & he was in a very calm & relaxing mood during the Goblin after party. No more worries about LDY and his lady love as he left for Sydney soon after for the commercial filmings. And smart GY made sure GE went glamping with friends in Guam while he was away....so that her ex-boyfriend would not be lurking anywhere near her....
Just my 2 cents worth of thoughts....

Hi there . I'm new here. Though i must admit i have been stalking this shipping business here for sometime now. This will be the first and the last time ( haha...) i am shipping a couple. Because my weak heart cannot take it anymore.
So why am i putting my life at stake shipping for this two lovely people? Because i know this ship will reach its destination. 100%. As someone in this forum has already mentioned, it's just a matter of 'when' not 'if'.
There are so many evidence why this ship will sail but i am putting my reputation on the line here predicting that they will tie the knot based on two observations :
1) JEALOUSY. GY and LDY were comrade in arms when they both served in the military together. They trusted each other with their lives. But GY easily gets jealous when GE give more attention to LDY. There is a basic human( and animal) instinct that the male species will mark his 'territory' to prevent another male from terrorizing his property. Included in this territory is don't mess with my woman. GY was clearly upset during the 'make a wish' Baskin Robbins cake scene. It was only a slight tease from GE....it could easily pass off as just a slip of the tongue. But GY was certainly not amused. It touched a raw nerve. He has already marked GE as 'his'.
During the hotpack scene, GY was grinning through gritted teeth when GE gave his hotpack to LDW. There was a little skinship when GE put the hotpack on LDY's hand and then on his cheek. GY was certainly fuming. Fuhhhh.....LDW went pale....despite the hotpack on his cheek. GE sshi .....you are so naive. This man has been swooning over you since Day One and you flirt with his best friend? That is the ultimate betrayal ! And she said ....you are a Big man ( famous, rich, top in the industry) , why must you be so upset? Precisely! What is lowly LDW compared to the Mighty GY? Lo and Behold! A man can kill another over a woman. Big or not. Mighty or not. The scene of GY snatching his hotpack back from GE was edited......it must have been quite vicious. But i actually felt his pain. He is such a gentle soul . Maybe he cried in bed that night.
2) He is TRULY IN LOVE with this lovely lady. It is so obvious. And a man in love will surely pursue his love until she become his.
It's a tale as old as time.....when the Gods are smiling on you......when the stars are aligned in the skies.....when Cupid, if he is not drunk, his aim is laser sharp.....that even a hermit would be dragged out from his cave.....he has nowhere else to run....but fall truly, madly, deeply in love...

@anrytoma Yes, he certainly deserves all the adulations bestowed on him now. He has come a long way since his debut 16 years ago. And he has transformed from a goofy young actor to a fine gentleman with excellent acting skills.
You cannot help but feel so proud of him isn't it? A feeling that life is fair and beautiful. That if you do the things you love passionately, life will reward you accordingly in the end. It feels good.
And to top all that, at the pinnacle of his career he has finally found the love of his life. Can life get any better than this?
