The topic says EYE BAGS.

in korea, they do surgeries to purposely make little bags under their eyes

to soften their looks.

it supposedly makes them look cuter.

there's a difference between "eye bags" and "aegyo sahl".

eye bags are like, when you get tired and you get big bags/dark circles or whatever under your eyes.

aegyo sahl is the one that a lot of people are getting surgeries for. like when you smile you have those little.. puffs (?) of skin that bulge directly under your eyes. supposed to make you look cuter or younger or something.

but please don't confuse the two. who would WANT eye bags? haha

eye bags are seen when they smile... I wudn't have a problem with that... since it's very common... but eye bags appear when they make serious face or non-smiling faces are not attractive at all... I'll convince myself that they're tired...

sometimes, people with naturally larger eyes (usually with double eye lids too) just get eye bags. I know mine kind of appear in pictures if i grinnnn like this =D

there is a difference between sleep deprived (restless) eye bags and natural eyebags.

in the picture above, u-know has natural eye bags (the ones that appear when you smile).

BoA has been seen with eye bags from her being overworked.

Like others stated, eyebags (well the ones that are natural looking) are quite popular. Yunho's is incredibly gorgeous since it looks natural on him and plus most stars are overworked. SM trainees especially the girls have them everytime you see photos of them. I hate mine since it sorta looks like I'm sleep deprived.
