It's where she must be in a Benz or else she'll throw a tantrum. You know, a beatass old Benz that's in the shop 9 days out of 6. However, we all treat her like a troll. Guest mistapooh
I have an ugly car, and I feel awesome. I don't have to prove anything and expensive cars are afraid of parking next to me lol.
Guest yoon001
op: you are an idiot. i've gone from a supercharged jaguar xjr, up to a lexus ls430, down to a s14 240, back up to a b5 audi s4, to a e30 m3, to a 05 clk 500, to a e46 m3, down to a mazda miata, and about every other possible car you can imagine in between. im currently driving a scion xb. do i care if its a scion? no. albeit it is modded, a car is simply a means of transportation from point a to point b. and thats all it should be. not some type of way to measure success. does driving a $100k plus car make you better that driving a $500 car? no. it doesn't. one of the richest guys in hawaii right now drives a toyota sienna. just some food for thought

Guest l00s3s34l
my younger brother is like this. i have this really cute volkswagon cabriolet year:1992. but he is embarrased that i pick him up in it. he is supposed to get the car next because its not reasonable to give a kid a brand new car. and he said that he would crash it on purpose if he had to drive it. i dont really understand. i love the car! its cute, classy, and its a collectors edition! Guest grandjete_
a car downgrade!? *gasp. you don't say. how freaking embarrassing. i bet your skin now itches every time you have to sit in the new downgraded car. the leather is probably not a-grade enough for you hey.seriously. my family went through the worst car downgrade. from owning two mercedes benz, one oldie and one s class, to selling the s class and just the old mercedes, and then scrapping that cos it got too old and not owning a car. then after awhile we just rented smelly cars but now we bought a bmw 7 series. and all that time, we just sucked it up and dealt with it. (sorry. never was hugely into cars, so i'm not sure about the model of the old merc. heh. it was the E200 i think. *shrug)if you're embarrassed, think about how your dad would be feeling. i don't think you have the right to be embarrassed. i'm just glad my family managed to get through the crisis okay. Clix
^ Ahaha, that's the worst? At least you had a car to get around. My friend had a good running car that was totaled in an accident and had to ride the bus again to school and he was a senior.
Guest panda
LOL... walking is worse than getting a lift from any vehicle.Hell I had to grocery shop with a backpack and my nifty bicycle.Stop taking things for granted and be happy for what you HAVE. There are far more people in far worst situations than you are.
Guest grandjete_
^^ um no, there was a period of time where we did not have a car to get around. if you couldn't read. -.- and, i have not personally owned a car, and i still don't, so i do walk to the bus stop and take the bus to get around. littlebutter_210
My brother is the same. He wants car that at least $10K for his 1st car. Kids these days are so materialistic. I'm in college and I drive an old 97 mazda and I don't complain about it. I told him to look around there are other people that can't afford a car. We're lucky enough to have house to live, food to eat, money to go to school and other things. For the topic starter, you should appreciate ur parents for giving u life in this world and raised u up.
