Guest olang
I've been thinking about "solitude" myself @chakita babe. It's a pleasure to surrender sometimes, to wander, and to get lost. Living in an extremely externalized culture, we need the "quiet time". During our formative years, no one teaches us how to go inward so we can steady the mind and calm our attention. The social aspect of introversion is what people focus on. So Ji Sub takes time to build real relationships. To him, a genuine interaction with people he spends time with is very important because clearly he does not care for small talk.
chakita babe
@olang...I absolutely agree here, "Solitude' can be seen as a pleasure, a purposeful and undaunting luxury which perhaps we as individuals crave for and yet cannot appreciate because our lives are so busy and so chaotic, sometimes too disorganised to even think about "escaping" or even think to be allowed that "quiet time".....Pure and genuine relationships are so important in our lives. Those special people whom we deem family and closest of friends, are the most important tangibles and constants in our lives who mould us, establish us, and allow us to be who we are without judgement. They love and care for us unconditionally. We approach life with the values and foundations we were brought up with and learnt, and hope that it has been reciprocated in our actions to others....absolutely...I admire that SJS is mindful of those he meets, accepts them of course, but has the attentiveness to know who is real and who is reel...sigh! I absolutely applaud that in his characteristic. Of course, SJS has to be cautious all the time, its part of his world. Such a diverse and intense individual...sigh...!"Solitude" therefore can be seen as a 'respite from reality'. a 'time out from the chaotic', the ''reconnection of your mind' and the 'restoration of your soul'....I believe everyone needs to do this, have a time to isolate themselves away from the world in order to continue to live life happily and freely...@olang FIGHTING!!!..... @SJS FIGHTING!!!....... @EVERYONE FIGHTING!!! ; ; ><
Guest sara62
It seems even SSH is surprised seeing him. Love how he looks at So Ji Sub with appreciation and affection. What do you think about Sonick playing a +19 role?GIFsHUGS@damifino ><

SJS made a surprise appearance (he wasn't at the rest of the awards show, just showed up to give SSH flowers). It's around 1:21 into the video. The girls in the front row are only paying attention to SJS, not the awards presentation going on stage LOLSSH has a new movie coming out this May. Hopefully, we'll get to see SJS as one of the attendees at the VIP premier.

Guest damifino
I wouldn't mind seeing SJS in more racy movie with more love scenes than he has in the past, but not too much skin or too graphic. I want to see a movie with beautifully filmed love scenes with sexy kisses, but I don't want to see soft or hard core porn where folks are trying to swallow each other's faces off. Also, as much as I admire SJS's well-built body, no nudity.I saw "Paju" a few years back and I really could have done without seeing Lee Sun Gyun's butt and I definitely could have done without seeing JIS's butt and him making out with Joo Jin Mo or Song Ji Hyo in "Frozen Flower"... too much skin and the sex scenes were too graphic. I think some things are better left to the imagination.

However, it's also heartbreaking to watch since I know Sojisub got criticized badly after the ceremony back then. I heard that it was the first and the last time he ever got reproached by the public. Guest sara62
Yeah, this man is honest and true to his words. Of those who are rarely found nowadays. Yeah, he's just sooo admirable. From Japanese Magazine KW21 2007So, what would be your message(aim) for yourself 10 years later?SJS: “Just like the words on my hand phone screen – staying unchanged. That is, moving towards my aim, following the way I have planned for myself.”From Gentleman magazine 2014Interviewer: It's soon going to be 20 years since you debuted.SJS: "The environment that surrounds me has changed a lot. It has become better. However, I don't think that the person that is So Ji Sub has changed a lot. There have been times when I've made compromises, but there isn't much difference in So Ji Sub as a person from when I debuted until now and I want to continue that way in the future."
