Aaron Kwok Fu Shing is a famous singer and film actor in Hong Kong. The Chinese media refer to him, Jacky Cheung, Andy Lau and Leon Lai as the Cantopop Four Heavenly Kings (四大天王 Cantonese: sêi daài tïn wong, Pinyin: sì dà tiān wáng). He is also known as "Hong Kong's Michael Jackson" because of his excellent dancing ability.

In 2004, Aaron held a series of concerts which impressed fans and critics alike, and garnered him a Hong Kong Dance award presented by the Hong Kong Dance Alliance. Due to the overwhelming success of his 2004 concert series, Aaron held a second series of concert in the following year. He shaved his head for his 2005 concert, and his new image surprised a lot of the audiences. "The Aaron Kwok Mega Hits Live In Concert 2005 Chapter II" got great reviews from the audiences and the media, due to Aaron's amazing performance and fabulous clothing.

At the Taiwan's 42nd Golden Horse Awards ceremony on November 13, 2005, Aaron won the Best Leading Actor title for his role in "Divergence" by beating out Hong Kong veteran Tony Leung Ka-Fai and took everyone, including himself, by surprise. This was also Aaron's first Golden Horse nomination.

Aaron was a dancer before he started his music career. He started out as a background dancer for TVB music and variety shows. He first gained recognition in Taiwan for a TV advertisement. Soon after, in 1990, his debut album "Love You Endlessly"( 對你愛不完 Cantonese: dêui néi ngoî bät yun, Pinyin: duì ní aì bù wán) was released in Taiwan. This album had sold more than 500,000 records in both Taiwan and Hong Kong. The song "Love You Endlessly" (對你愛不完) was the biggest hit in the early 90s. The success of his first album made him famous in Hong Kong and earned him the title as one of the Four Heavenly Kings in the Chinese music industry.

Today is Hong Kong Handover 10th Anniversary, Aaron recalls the past 10 years, he believer that he gain more than lost, the most happy moment is in 1997, 1998 and 2001winning the Most Popular Male Singer Award, pushing his music career another level higher, but when in 2003,, his career started going down the slope.

In 2005, Aaron with his astonishing bounce back strength, open his rumpus (concert) in HK Coliseum, invited Art Director William Chang to create a new bald look, wearing nipple ring style which stir up an uproar. In 2005 & 2006, Aaron also have the same breakthrough, winning the Golden Horse Best Male Award twice, establishing his position in the entertainment industry.

Happy until Insomnia

Recalling the ups and downs of the past 10 years, earlier when Aaron accept the interview said: “From 1997 the handover, can say that it’s my Golden 10 years, it’s during these 10 years that it’s the most meaningful, for the music part, for 3 years I didn’t won the Most Popular Male Award, 1997 is my first time, I was really happy until I have insomnia, this award represents another new level in the industry, but l2 years later, my music career have came to a point, suddenly there’s confusion, as to which direction should I work towards?

Starting from 2000, the Hong Kong music market is already in the stringing period, singer’s album promotion and opening concert is not at vigorous as during the 90s, Aaron said: “ 2002 & 2003 can said to be my lowest point in my career, in some people’s view, I seems to have fallen to the endless pit, how nasty the comment is it’s sure very nasty, I finally see clearly the warm and cold of this world, but during that period, I’m not depressed but view it as a time for me to rest, and give to myself the time to think about how I want to walk this road, in the end the film company came knocking on the door, looking for me to act in “Divergence”, in 2005 with this film I won the Golden Horse Best Actor Award, never to my imagination that the second year, I won the same award with “After this our Exile”, in the past, winning movie awards seems so far from reach but now winning it twice, really don’t know what to say.”

Don’t wish to be dance about

In the coming 10 years, Aaron expressed that he wish to put more time into acting, because he seemingly have more interest in acting, he said: “I’m already past 40 years old, no many appropriate event for me to be dancing about, but as an actor, this road is very long, many director have remind me, must learn to lower myself, acting have to be natural, so I have already got smart!”

In 1997, Aaron winning his first Most Popular Best Male Award, pushing his career another lever higher, earlier when holding this award, he still felt so proud of it.

In 2005 & 2006, Aaron continuously won the Golden Horse Best Actor Award for “Divergence” & “After this our Exile”

In 2005, Aaron with his bald look & wearing nipple ring look in his concert, bought about a new atmosphere to his career.

In “After this our Exile”, Aaron was being praised for his big improvement in his acting skill for his role as an irresponsible father.

Aaron tone up body to invade Hong Kong Coliseum

17 Nov, Aaron will be performing again at the Hong Kong Coliseum , style & image will be be managed by William Zhang, Ah Shu have seen Aaron exercising secretly, his body is near to perfect, he decided to do the trick on Aaron's hair, chosen peacock blue to dye Aaron's hair so as to match him bronze skin.

In the midst of all 4 heavenly king, Aaron's body shap is the most beautiful, recently Andy Lau is also hardworking toning up his body, but talk about perseverance, Aaron had been mantaing it for more than 20 years. As Aaron's background is a dancer, that's why is so emphasized on his body shape so everyday will exercise for at least 2 hours. Recently to prepare for his Nov concert, beside increase of workout, even his food have to do some adjustment.

Exercising Day & Night

Today, Aaron's concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum start credit card booking, at the same time, his poster for the concert is also released. For the concert this round, Aaron felt very excited, everyday he would do at least 2 hours of workout, breakfast is only 2 egg but egg yolk is not allowed, lunch is only fruits and dinner will eat boiled vegetable & white meat, 2 months before the concert, Aaron will be following this menu, before sleep will do at least more 30 mins of sit up, wish to have the same brozone tone body like Aaron, then will have to put in effort to workout.

Recently, Ah Shu was creating new image for Aaron, and saw Aaron's body shape and was full of praise and make it clear that this time there's will be no bald, Ah Shu chosen peacock blue as Aaron's hair theme, for it's mystery and bright colour tone.

Seated for 8 hrs

Hairstylist Herman used a special kind of hair wax, to style Aaron's hair into small blade shape, this hairstyle from bleaching to dye, almost took 8 hours, Aaron said: "For the effect to be good, it's worth me sitting there for 8 hours, after finishing this concert, for the next few years will not be having anymore concert, I want to concentrate preparing for my musical."

27 Dec – Though Aaron Kwok remained tight-lipped about his new romance rumours, his manager Xiao Mei recently stated that they are considering a lawsuit against the tabloids for making such allegations.

Previously, the actor was reported to have found new love with a young Japanese woman, 'Miss R', who is currently studying in Hong Kong. Aaron supposedly met Miss R online, and has been sending love messages as well as racy photos of himself to her.

On 25 December, Xiao Mi issued a statement about the issue, saying that the reports are false and that they have left the matter to the lawyers.

The manager also stated that the false rumours have greatly damaged Aaron's image, and that there is ground for them to sue for defamation.

Aaron Kwok saves his girlfriend at airport!

Hong Kong heavenly king Aaron Kwok shocked his fans when he suddenly introduced his 27-year-old Shanghai model, Moka Fang on his Weibo. It turned out that the paparazzi had taken photos of Aaron and his girlfriend at the airport, and this prompted Aaron to announce his relationship.

Last Monday (November 23), Aaron personally picked Moka at the airport when she visited him from Shanghai. Moka reportedly stayed at his house at Tai Hang during her 6 days in Hong Kong.

The next evening, Aaron attended the premiere of his new movie Port of Call (踏血尋梅). Probably worried about his girlfriend waiting for him alone at home, Aaron only stayed for about 10 minutes at the post-premiere party and left shortly after. He was seen buying takeout at the McDonald's, likely to buy supper for his girlfriend.

On November 25, Moka took a taxi from Aaron's house to go on a shopping spree with her friends. She seemed very familiar with the security officers at Aaron's apartment building. Before boarding a taxi, she even asked the security officer for directions. While shopping, she was seen sending text messages to a contact "Hubby", which was speculated to be Aaron. At around 9 pm, she returned to Aaron's place again.

On November 26, Aaron did not leave his house the whole day until meal time when he drove to a hotel nearby and ordered takeout.

On Saturday (November 28), Aaron drove Moka to airport at about 6 pm, and helped her with her luggage. When reporter approached Aaron and asked if it was his girlfriend, he refused to reply and drove his car. However, he stopped his car shortly after, and likely wanted to check on his girlfriend.

Moka was flustered and alarmed when she saw reporter. When asked if she had stayed at Aaron's house, she replied panicky, "Don't take photos! I need to board the plane!"

After seeing that his girlfriend was harassed by the reporter, Aaron walked up and escorted her inside the airport. He pleaded the reporters not to harass Moka and said, "Please do not be like this! She's going to be late[to board the plane]"

When asked if Moka was his new girlfriend, Aaron replied, "We are friends! Please give me some space!"
