Kwon Sang Woo Shows His Support For Woo Do Hwan And Lee Min Ho’s New Drama

 

Woo Do Hwan thanked Kwon Sang Woo for his thoughtful gift!

On February 6, Woo Do Hwan shared photos of a coffee truck sent to the set of “The King: The Eternal Monarch” (literal title).

This drama has been making headlines since its development as it’s the latest drama penned by famous writer Kim Eun Sook, whose works include blockbusters such as “Heirs,” “Descendants of the Sun,” and “Goblin.” The drama features a star-studded cast including Lee Min Ho, Kim Go Eun, Jung Eun Chae, and Woo Do Hwan.

Woo Do Hwan added the caption, “Thank you” with heart-eye emojis. In the photos, he smiled next to a banner that said, “Wishing great success for ‘The King: The Eternal Monarch!’ From actor Kwon Sang Woo.” Another banner on top of the truck said, “I’m cheering on my younger friend Do Hwan, my neighbor Lee Min Ho, and all of the actors and staff of ‘The King.’ From actor Kwon Sang Woo.”

“The King” is currently slated to premiere sometime this year.

MACKEREL RUN EP 5

I think that I would enjoy the drama so much more if not for the exaggerated expressions. We see a lot of LMH's dimples in this episode.  There's a lot to like about Yoon Seo from for standing up for what she believed was unjust and denying the essay was hers.   Man, Sae Mi really has it bad for Gong Chan.  That was funny when chunky boy hit his two friends as Gong Chan walked by unscathed.  Baek Hyun is a nice guy too.  The director trying to look cute is too much.  Poor gong Chan as he sees Yoon Seo slipping away.  Gong Chan is really a good kid although it would help if he actually wore the construction hat rather than simply wearing it around his neck! lol.  Hmm, does Yoon Seo have feelings for gong Chan that she thought of him when she was with Baek Hyun.  Sae Mi is brave asking Gong Chan to date.  You go girl!

So Gong Chan massages Sei Mi foot, he calls her to teach the two little kids. She is infatuated with Gong Chan now.

Gong Chan shows his good heart by being honest, helping Sae Mi and the kids after he feels guilty thinking it was his fault that the kids home is still not finished.. Sei Mi is being impressed with Gong Chan and even the construction worker. Poor Gong Chan blamed for the collapse of the structure when it was not him. Construction guy sees worth in Gong Chan. This mackerel is coming up in life.

Yeon Seo is pursued by Baek Hyun. Sei Mi points to Yeon Seo that her essay win was rigged.

I do like this series. It could have been better if the director did not make it so over the top. LMH is already showing promise in this drama including doing silly expressions.

I read that they're moving The King from August to an April airing date.  Hope that's true although I'll be traveling then. Netflix on my iPad would get quite a workout! Can anyone verify this?

Hope it is in april. July was too late.  Its time he comes back n starts new phase of career with another boys over flowers type success. Top stars have already started this year on great way. Last few years   low ratings are also bcoz of the reason that many top stars weren't  active. Sbs must be looking for big drama very badly. 

And after this drama i hope he starts doing movies bcoz movies give u more longevity in 40s and 50s. What i like about korean industry that drama and movie stars can work in both. And dramas budget can surpass movies.   In my country not even possible..

Lee MinHo, Kim GoEun, & Woo DoHwan Spotted Filming For “The King: The Eternal Monarch”

One of the most expected dramas of 2020 is none other than “The King: The Eternal Monarch”.

Top Hallyu star Lee MinHo is the lead actor. It will be his first drama since the end of his armies duties. His fans, Minoz, are eagerly waiting for the drama

Last year, Lee MinHo was spotted filming for the drama on a horse and wowed fans with his prince look on the white horse. This time it is a picture of the three lead actors that was posted on online community.

In the picture, Lee MinHo is wearing casual clothes while Woo DoHwan has a bodyguard outfit and Kim GoEun wears investigation clothes.

 

 

After seeing the pictures, fans are even more excited to watch the drama.

“The King: The Eternal Monarch” will air in the first half of 2020 on SBS.

I was reading January  interview and he said this

Lee Min Ho has been in more than one car accidents, and these left him with some injuries that he is still treating. Also, as he is getting older, he acknowledged the fact that his body has become weaker as well. Thus, since many people are concerned, and he wants to be healthy too, he vowed to take good care of himself even more.

“There wasn’t anything like that really, but I think I’ll have to work while keeping my health in mind,” Soompi quoted Min Ho as saying. “Honestly, when I was in my 20s, I was a little careless about my health, but now I’ve begun to feel the limitations of my physical fitness. I’m paying special attention to the idea that I can get as much energy as I want as long as I take good care of myself.”

 

 

^^^ i feel bad for him. It means he can't  take action roles as he grow old. There is no point of money if u can't stay healthy. Still he made best our of his career after that accident which bedridden him for month. But he will have limited genres to select.. that must suck when your body leaves you no option. But i hope he stays healthy and give us good projects , even if no action roles.
