Anyone knows how I can train this part of my body so I can get rid of the fat?

I want to go out to a pool party with a friend but with this fat on my hips I don't feel like going...so what can I do to get rid of it?

diet, exercise, etc etc

you can't spot lose fat

takes time and dedication, you won't lose enough in time for this pool party

and anyways, i think you look alright already, so don't worry about it too much

uhhh diet and exercise is the only way to lose fat and still look good

read some articles here, use them or try to incorporate them into your own plan:

also, it would be a bad idea to do side crunches, side bends, or otherwise train your obliques in any way

you want to burn fat, not put more muscle there

cardio

do 30 minutes of mild jogging followed by 50 situps 5 times a week

sit ups help u lose stomach fats i think.

but ur not fat = =; no offence

u have a pretty nice body compare to a lot of ppl(:

Umm when you do sit ups, as you come up you put your right elbow onto your left knee then vice-versa. my cousin told me it tones the love handles... I hope I made sense. And you don't really have fats theres anyways.

Haha but if you really insist, do some cardio (only as much as your body can handle. Don't push yourself.) and crunches. Do a lot of dancing, too, or take up aerobics. You can get both the cardio and the muscle toning in one session.

I think you look nice already.. but I'm sure if you're extremely dedicated, you can lose fat in a month.

The only way you'll lose fat in that specific area is if you lose fat EVERYWHERE. You can't choose a spot and work out that area to reduce fat. However, you can do crunches to build muscle in the area, but the muscles won't be visible unless you lose fat first. How do you lose fat? Do cardio 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes each time. A good time to do cardio is first thing in the morning. At this time, you haven't eaten anything for how many hours, so when you run or whatever, you'll burn stored fat right away. Also, get rid of unhealthy food from your diet.

do crunches babe. my phys-ed teacher during my freshie year told me to do side crunches 50x w/out stopping and then the other side for 1 month--> love handles will tone out and won't be as noticeable. hehe~

you look good, don't worry^^ Anyways, if you wanna get rid of you have to shimmy side to side the top of your body while keeping the bottom (legs & hips) stable. I hope that makes sense :/ My yoga instructor says that gets rid of love handles and that's what dancers do too.

MY SISTER DESPERATELY WANTS TO LOSE WEIGHT THERE.

And she asked someone.

They told her to run/jog a lot.

Watch your diet & do yoga I guess.

But to me, you have a nice body already. ^^;;
