Sorry, I know no bashing's allowed but this is just my opinion.

She really looks ENTIRELY different, and the fact that she's denying her ethnicity chinese roots is just, appalling, really.

Honestly I don't mind if she had cosmetic surgery, as long as she admitted it.

I mean, I would have been a bit shocked (actually no, she looks plastic) if she admitted it but after that I'd have a better impression of her. That she was courageous enough to admit it in public. <!--fontc--></span><!--/fontc-->

she denied? where did she state it? don't get me wrong, i am not really familiar with her but have read her posts from way back when i was reading her blog and xiaxue's blog, am just surprised to see here dawn actually denied her asian roots? very much appreciate it if you can post a link to her statement or something relevant to it.

Yeah, every party plays a role in argument. I'm chinese -ethnicity, not nationality (in a way I still have self centerness, will pay more attention on my ethnicity), while on another hand, guess what? Even though I didn't put in BIG WORDS "Attention all soompier", I guess the others will see that themselves IF they read.

Though have not made A BIG MESSAGE to every soompiers/a lot, I did "talk" to other parties sometimes when some comments were made on koreans (may not be all the time- as I'm not that hardworking and kind) and *.:StarryEyeSurprise:.* in another thread of an chinese model (She/he seems like have seen many "unpleasant" comments on other ethnicities just like you & I have seen our own. Basically, I think both of you are someone who can be reason/communicate with , may be what we need to do is to get a cup of coffee, relax and try to put ourself in one another shoes. (hopefully we can find the shoes fit)

it is just sad when someone makes some nasty comments to ignite some flamebaits AND THEN that exact same person reacts to the ongoing word-war. tsk tsk. attitudes really show up even in forums like these. it's sad.
