The way it works is that you are chosen... thats it! No application process exists. The mods/admins bring up people's name(s), and if everyone likes the person, you are summoned to the Secret Soompi Society. OK I'm joking about that (or aaam I???), but they ask you if they chose you. If there is one mod that doesn't like you, chances are your chances are nil. OK back on topic!
