i always wonder how these awards are awarded. how prestigous(sp?) are they? are they how popular you are with the general public or a specific panel chooses you?

i have yet to like her as a singer and as a performer but i like her as a celebrity.

she looks weird in the ones where she's crying but really pretty in the other ones.
