My dad had an application my older sisters prospected boyfriends and her now husband had to fill out. Some of the questions were like the following:

I need a phone number, location and time you are going on the date.

Kid you not, all of them ran but my bro-in-law. During the entire time they dated until the day of their wedding he never laid a hand or kissed her. My dad was outside cleaning his shotgun and rifle when he came to pick her up the first night and got the picture right away. I will have to find that app and post it here, its somewhere on his computer.
