Region Code Dvd Player

Help on where to get them.

Hi. I was never fond about region code DVD players, though I bought region code 3 DVD's a while ago and I had difficulty playing them because I thought my PS2 would work but couldnt, and my laptop does not even have a DVD player. So I was wondering where you can buy region free DVD players from local united states stores and how much can they be. I also dont think I would want to buy the player on the net, because I think its just easier to buy yourself, unless it cannot be found in US stores, please direct me to a site that has good DVD region-free players. Thank you!

EDIT: Haha I forgot that I had my hand dandy gameshark for my ps2 which comes with a free region player.
