I'm in the minority here, but I don't think they look that bad. They're known for their bohemian/boho-chic style so the messy/dirty look is nothing new. I do think they should have toned down the eye makeup though. You need to chose one or the other. Strong eyes or strong lips. Still, I don't think they look scary~
