Big was terrible though and I didn't finish warm and cozy.

Omg don't remind me.I am still traumatised by "Big". That was just arrgh.. I don't even have the words for it..no wonder the main actor went into hiding for a whole 4 years..anyway back to JG..we must continue to chant hard.So that he continues to stay immune to nonsensical scripts, and MUST never ever encounter a subpar rom-com script, especially when people are praying and anticipating him to do one since forever. Most of us are grown.I know we have a range of age groups here but now when you have watched Kdrama for a while..you develop the ability to smell and avoid silly/snoozefest/eye rolling inducing/cringeworthy etc drama from afar and choose the good ones, no matter the genre.

Hi everyone, I'm back from my trip and believe I can bring great news to everyone who was rooting for our list of 101 things we love about Joon Gi ^_^ I'm almost absolutely sure that our list will make it safely into Joon Gi's hands! I went to Namoo Actors some days ago and delivered the list personally. I do think I went to the wrong floor but the staff (or maybe some manager? He looked important... I really hope it wasn't some actor who I made to deliver our letter?!? That would be embarrassing) said they will make sure to give it to him!! YAY - WE MADE IT! Now let's hope he gets to read it!

This is the end product. I found a nice envelope with a world map on it and found it quite fitting since we're his global fans ^_^

Thanks again to everyone of you for your contributions, ideas, opinions, spelling checks, and so on

You can find the final version of the list under the spoiler tag (even if you find mistakes now, please don't tell me because it's too late for changes and it will make me want to cry :tears:):

Spoiler

101 Things We Love About

Our No. 1 Actor Lee Joon Gi 이준기 李準基

Acting Genius

1. His incredible acting skills: His acting started off great but became even greater and refined over time. Great acting as in, he always makes us believe he is actually going through whatever his character is experiencing. His characters never seem fake or inauthentic.

2. His versatile acting. He would never allow us to grow bored of him or his roles. He always chooses different kinds of roles that are challenging and deep. He can pull off roles with dual personalities easily. He is not afraid to act challenging roles and always sells the character convincingly. He also adapts his acting style and interpretation to suit the character.

3. His acting always is a joy to watch without fail because he knows how to surprise us viewers. His acting doesn't only seem real and convincing, but he goes beyond that and creates something new and unpredictable within his roles personality range. Everyone can interpret a character, but many do it in the most obvious and dull way (even if it seems natural and realistic), but Joon Gi's interpretations are never boring or predictable.

4. His micro-acting: His subtle facial muscles and how they react while in character.

5. His voice acting: His voice alone can pull you in. If he stopped work as an actor someday (please, no!) he could dub movies.

6. His awesome onscreen presence and charisma: the way he can pull you in and make you feel for his character.

7. He is one of the first definitions of "second-lead syndrome" in Korean drama. Anyone who watched My Girl (마이 ) in 2005-2006 experienced it. No wonder it did not take even a year before he was promoted to first lead status to lead Time Between Dog and Wolf (개와 늑대의 시간) in 2007.

8. Perfect first-lead actor: No sane person gets second-lead syndrome in a drama or movie in which Joon Gi is first lead. In his dramas, everyone in the screen but Joon Gi fades into the background. We call it the LEE JOON GI SYNDROME / EFFECT!

9. His body control and the way he uses his body as part of his acting: He knows how to walk and move around to make his role look convincing. His posture and movement is always harmonic, looks aesthetically pleasing and fits his characters. His body movement is never stiff or awkward (well, apart from when he wants to make his role look like that). For all we know, Joon Gi and stiffness are antonyms!

10. Like Director Kim Kyu Tae 김규태 once said, he is like a volcano. His acting is not restricted, but he goes all out. He completely pours himself into his role and does not feel the need to hold himself back or feel embarrassed. He shows his vulnerable side through his acting and does not try to look "cool" or guarded.

11. King of sageuk: He's a joy to everyone who loves historical movies and dramas. No one can pull off a hanbok as naturally as him. His sageuk speech is on point. He always makes it look as if he belongs in that time of history.

12. He is excellent at showcasing romance in his dramas. His kiss scenes in virtually all his dramas but especially his post-military ones have a certain authenticity or realness. They are usually not too aggressive or intense. Instead, they are gentle and filled with so much emotion they can burn your screen. There is just that special feeling to them that is hard to put into words. When he is making love confessions instead of them sounding cheesy or just like an actor reciting a script or trying to look cool, his confessions sound so passionate, so full of longing, so meaningful, so loving. Or the way he shows love towards his leading ladies by taking care of them.

13. He can even act with his neck veins! Who was not blown away by his acting when they watched the poison scene in his drama Scarlet Heart: Ryeo (달의 연인-보보경심 )? Please tell us how you can do stuff like that, Joon Gi oppa!

14. His commitment and passion for his primary profession as an actor: Despite his many side endeavors (fan meetings, photo shoots, variety shows) he gives us at least one new drama to watch every single year without fail - sometimes we get to see even more than one acting project a year.

15. He is an inspiration. He has shown the value of consistency and patience as essential elements to success through his journey as an artist. We admire him because he continues to evolve and he keeps re-inventing himself as an artist. That is why we find it refreshing every time we see him.

16. He is an "Actor's Actor." Many senior actors repeat performing with him in movies or dramas. He said he was once told off by a senior when early in his career he would play and dance around between scenes. But after the actor saw him get down to business, he told Joon Gi he would go far. An "Actor's Actor" is acknowledged by his peers and more veteran actors.

17. It is always Joon Gi. No matter how many dramas you want to watch you always choose the one with Joon Gi as your first choice. You will find extra time just to see another episode as soon as it is available. There are so many actors, yet it is always HIM you chose because he has that something that makes him so addictive.

Full of Charm and Personality

18. His humor and ability to be goofy.

19. His ability to connect with the masses and make it genuine.

20. His expressive eyes! -that glance, cry, smile, smolder, showing vulnerability, etc.

21. He is incredibly humble and genuine. He sees himself as an artist working towards improving his craft. In his interviews when he says this, you would think that maybe he is just being humble and does not want to boast when they compliment him, but somehow - maybe we are biased - when he says this it feels genuine.

22. He has good manners. We saw this once again at the SBS Drama Awards 2016. He bows, greets and compliments his seniors (Kim Sung Ryeung 김성령). And he bows and greets his juniors (Lee Min Ho 이민호).

23. His ability to go from serious to goofy to sexy in less than 3 seconds.

24. He is incredibly caring to his hoobae/juniors, and his leadership skills are on point on the film set.

25. He is a gentleman. He sure knows how to interact with women. See the way he took care and led Nam Sang Mi 남상미 and Lee Ji Eun 이지은 at the award ceremonies and also the way he interacts with Shin Min Ah 신민아 during interviews. Such a classy man.

26. His contagious and funny way of laughing and giggling.

27. He is very wise and intelligent behind all of his goofiness. Every interview with him shows how deep his thinking process is and how perceptive he is. When he is answering questions, he takes the time to give genuine, original and well-thought answers. Not just one word or phrase answers and not those well-rehearsed bull crap generic answers celebs give in interviews.

28. He learns from his mistakes and now does not let fame get to his head even though he is a very successful person.

29. He is not afraid to tell the truth about himself, even when he is telling something that might make him look bad.

30. The way he is always willing to take responsibility for his decisions and tries to make the best of them even in adverse situations. Even when he is not at fault, he ultimately takes the responsibility. He does not want to place blame on anyone.

31. The way he looks divinely shy when someone praises his work or his looks.

32. We adore the happiness he shows when he sits at a table full of food. He loves and enjoys food very much and eats his food with relish and delight.

33. His ability to cry and still look amazing.

34. He is superb with people and always tries to make them feel comfortable.

35. He loves kids. A man like that will instantly gain bonus points with women. We always ship Lee Joon Gi with babies and children.

36. He is 34 years old, but sometimes he is still like an adorable young boy. He simply is a cute cinnamon roll!

37. He loves animals, especially dogs. Any person, more so a guy and a huge celebrity at that who loves animals that much makes us feel they have a compassionate heart and that character trait in any person to us is so attractive. He even has a sizzling chemistry with horses!

38. His personality as a whole. If he stops making dramas or movies (Hell no!!!), he would totally excel as a variety star. See his guest appearances in Running Man 런닝맨, Healing Camp 힐링캠프, Family Outing 패밀리가 떴다 and Golden Fishery 황금어장.

39. His pouting face. No man should be this cute when pouting, but his pouting face is just plain adorable.

40. He has many interests aside from acting like dancing, singing, cooking, martial arts, golf, soccer, drinking, and so on.

41. He has got a romantic side to him, and we love when he shows it! (E.g. My Ear's Candy 귀에 캔디)

42. He is neat and tidy. From the way his trophies are arranged in his cabinet, to the way the floor in his house is clean and shiny, to the way he packs his luggage. Even his dogs look well taken care of. This clearly shows he is husband material. Should he decide to get married, he can be trusted to take care of the home efficiently and effectively if wifey is away.

43. He is a man of confidence. However, his reaction when he breaks down because of accidents or mistakes is adorable if not priceless. For example, when he is crying out 'eomeoni' while he is cooking dinner in My Ear's Candy, when he is panicking at his fan meeting because of his May Day's out of tune, or when he is pouting and laughing hopelessly because the fans kept repeating his 'Ja.'

44. We are amazed at how he has managed to maintain a healthy balance between having a positive public image and keeping an air of mystery around his private life for such a long time. He is human and allowed to make mistakes, and what he does in private is none of our business. But it is like everywhere he goes, both in Korea and internationally, he commands respect not only as an actor but as a person. It is very rare to find people talking negative things about Lee Joon Gi (netizens, staff, co-workers, journalists).

45. His sincerity in everything.

46. His boundless energy. He is always the mood maker by jumping around and cheerfully sharing his energy even when he is exhausted himself.

47. He is an artist who is sweet, warm and kindhearted: He has had the same crew around him for many years, his manager Lee Sang Hyun, his stylists, his staff, his dance crew Vlack Squad, his band, his interpreter. They have stuck beside him through it all. If they were having difficulties with him, they would just leave. We do not think this is just a public persona he presents for his fans. This is Lee Joon Gi - kind, caring, warm, considerate. This is the Joon Gi we all know and love.

48. His warm heart doesn’t only go out to those close to him and his fans but also reveals itself through his social and charitable work for those in need: He has donated much of his time, money and private possessions throughout his career to benefit many people in need and through this, has shown us his beautiful heart. He is an actor who gives back.

49. His star quality/aura. In a room full of hundreds of stars and other regular people you cannot help but notice him. He has that shine to him.

50. He is zutter = 쩔어!

Physical Appearance

51. His unique, intriguing and almost other-worldly looks are one of the reasons he got noticed by directors, fans, and so on when he was a young actor.

52. Phoenix eyes: his eyes and their shape are distinctive and beautiful.

53. Straight nose.

54. Killer jawline.

55. Heart-shaped lips.

56. Clear skin and beautiful complexion.

57. His cute ears: We can totally imagine his Mum pulling them when he is acting naughty or doing aegyo when he was a baby. But their shape is charming, too, like elf ears.

58. His strong hands, long fingers, and well-groomed fingernails. And those arm veins...

59. His broad shoulders.

60. His legs are strong, athletic and beautiful.

61. His Adam's apple: you cannot unsee it, and when he exposes his neck it just enhances his sexy manly appeal.

62. His profile is perfection. Perfect forehead, thin nose, beautiful lips and that ideal jaw shape.

63. Not only his acting is versatile but his looks, too. He can go from ethereal beauty outdoing even women to boyish and cute, manly heartachingly sexy like a rock star to gentleman-like handsome to the Kpop idol look. When he wears hanbok, he can alternate between handsome, cute, sexy, and beautiful within seconds. He is a man with thousands of faces. He can portray thousands of characters with his unique look effortlessly.

64. He can pull off any look and is a fashionista through and through. How can a man look so good in jewelry? From airport fashion to his fan meetings to simple casual wear when he is guesting at movie premieres of his co-stars. Not forgetting how he can vary his hair color from red to white to blonde to black to auburn and plus long hair, short hair, up do, porcupine hairstyle, etc. and look damn good most of the time.

65. He ages like wine: He will be 35 soon but no sign of real aging - or only in a reeeally good way.

66. His sexiness shines through without him taking off his shirt and showing us his abs - his swagger and confidence do that for him. He can be super sexy without having to do scenes that eliminate the imagination of lovemaking. What a man! We admire an actor who can give you all those feels without having to exploit himself.

67. He does not need to show us abs to prove his sexiness, but we are still delighted that the Singapore FM has shown us uri oppa has a toned body, especially his belly. He really has his "sexy on." Oppa, if you have the urge to flaunt your body or a drama/movie requires you to do a shower scene or brooding half naked or treat a wound like with your shirt off, don't be shy and be more body confident. Your abs are not "fabric conditioner abs" like you said in your interview.

68. He looks stunning in a suit.

69. He could work as a full-time model with his looks. If we were casting agents for a model agency or clients looking for an original model we would pick him. If you put his headshots along hundreds of headshots of other beautiful and talented actors and models, his look alone stands out. It's unique. No wonder he is the original flower boy.

70. How is it even bed hair looks good on him? He looks naturally stunning even right after waking up.

71. Big bonus points for no plastic surgery or botox.

Man of Talents and Hard Work

72. He is a man of courage: He went all the way to Seoul with almost no money on him to fulfill his dream to become an actor.

73. He also is a man of survival. He has worked hard to get where he is now (e.g. enduring life in a small room full of cockroaches).

74. Even though he has made it this far, we admire that he has not thrown his hardworking personality away to this day and always tries to surpass himself with his next role. The way he always strives for more is how we believe he got better and better over the years in everything he does, not stagnating but giving his natural talent a chance to improve through his determination and will power.

75. His martial art and action skills as well as his astonishing flexibility. He is amazing! Things he can do with his legs - incredible. And he mastered several martial arts at that: Tae Kwon Do 3rd degree, Hapkido 1st degree, and Taekkyeon 1st degree.

76. His cooking skills. We would love to taste his food some day.

77. He can wait tables and serve with charisma. He was a waiter before he made his breakthrough.

78. His language usage! International fans appreciate the fact he is learning and utilizing other languages to communicate with us all in spoken word and his SNS usage. English, Mandarin, Japanese, and so on. Plus, we love that he's so confident in speaking them and that he has a clear articulation.

79. His diction - he speaks so clearly. He had to work hard on his pronunciation and dialect for his acting career because he came from Busan and he did better than great! Korean in his mouth sounds like the most beautiful music.

80. His English. We fall head over heels when he is speaking English. He sounds sexy/cool but cute at the same time with his accent. It is most attractive.

81. His pleasant singing voice and versatile music. He can sing ballads, electro-pop, hip hop, not limited to the genres he samples. And he can sing in Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese.

82. His incredible dancing skills.

83. His songwriting ability.

84. He is such a fantastic model not only because of his looks but because he has experience with the camera and knows exactly how to please the photographer. He changes his postures quickly and efficiently. We would not be surprised if most of the times all shots could be used. His photo shoots are always interesting to watch if filmed and his pictorials are so fabulous to fangirl over and find new sides of him.

85. His horse riding skills. We admire his concern for the horse's well-being when riding, his soft hands on the reins, his posture and balance. We are impressed by his ability to gallop while holding the reins in one hand and a sword in the other. He can hold the reins up while shooting with a rifle at a canter and canter with another person in the saddle in front of him. He has the ability to make his horse rear up while maintaining his balance and seat.

86. King of Hearts. Perfect shaped hand hearts... ♡ and a great variety of them. <3 He always amazes us with his fingers/hands abilities.

87. His work ethic.

Fanservice

88. We love his appreciation and connection to us - his fans. He is always lovely to us. We love him because he loves us.

89. We love him for organizing so many fan meetings inside and outside of Korea to please all of his fans.

90. We love him for always making time to spend with his fans. He does not worry about where he is or how he should behave if it can convey his appreciation whether at an airport tired from a flight or coming out of a restaurant or even a car (coming or going) or before/after press conferences. He often is the only actor who stops to meet the fans when others just keep walking and look away from the fans.

91. He will act a part with enthusiasm in reality shows and give the audience a fun side of himself even if it makes the other participants blush.

92. We appreciate that he always also thinks of his fans and their wishes when he is contemplating a new project.

93. We love that he is very active in various forms of social media like Instagram, Twitter, Weibo, VLive app, etc. And he does not only communicate in Korean/Hangul but uses many different languages. He even mastered the universal language: emoji. So we can understand what he is saying despite remaining language barriers.

94. His pictures and videos on social media are always creative and fun.

95. Wherever he performs at his fan meets, he incorporates local songs into his performance.

96. He knows how to be a fan himself. He is a big fan of Big Bang.

97. His albums and songs that he shares with the masses.

98. The ultimate fanservice 1: His ability to make pouring water something of an event (and R18).

99. The ultimate fanservice 2: Humbly washing the feet of his fans. It showed all of us his sincerity towards his fans.

100. The Power of Lee Joon Gi: A real Korean Ambassador of Culture. Why would people from Singapore, Philippines, Korea, USA, Canada, Poland, Bermuda, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, Venezuela, Germany, Italy, Serbia, Great Britain and many more countries connect online (Soompi) and in person (at fan meets)? Why, it is the irresistible draw of a fantastic Korean Actor, our real actor Lee Joon Gi. We connect to discuss, share, research, analyze, create, revel and fangirl/guy over him and in the process, connect with other fans, cultures, and opinions along the way. We attempt to learn Hangul and understand the cultural norms of Korea. We visit non-English websites to discover what content we can because obtaining valid Lee Joon Gi information is not that easy for an international fan. We support each other at fan meets and beyond. The common denominator is Lee Joon Gi.

101. We love you for who you were back when your career as an actor started,

for who you are right now,

and for who you will become in the future

This is our birthday gift to you by your loyal international fans from Soompi.

Happy Birthday! We love you!

04/2017

And totally random but I felt the need to visit this place, too :D Joon Gi everywhere!

While watching MEC, i have a question. JG is older than MY by 2-3 years, why does MY treat him as a sunbaenim when she met him in person? Is it because of his seniority in the number of years he has been in acting?

@ross2381

Thanks you got things sorted out.

I just want to bring up few points

*Gong Gil was a lead in The King and the Clown. In fact, the Korean title was 'Wang Namja ' or literally translated as The King's Man which I think referring to GongGil. However it says in the page as supporting role.Hope that can be corrected.

*MLSHR - technically it's an adaptation of the novel by Tong Hua. The c-version was also an adaptation of the same novel. The  two adaptations though maintained the same elements as what's in the novel but their interpretations were actually quite different. The settings of the drama were also totally different. MLSHR being in Goryeo & C-version based on a Chinese dynasty. The story of k-version centred on Wang So while the C-version was centred on the girl & other differences.

Btw, I totally agree with you of the reasons why there's too much negativity on LJG wiki page. I have been quite obsessed with LJG since the MLSHR and has been reading so many things about him. I'd say those other actors are just copycat. Our man is a visionary and he sets trends. Apparently he is the one who started this concert fan meeting. They used to have just talk and games fan meeting. It is sort of a pressure for them to keep up with the concert fan meet. If it's just a talk, didn't he had it for free last Nov? Anyway there are so many things in my mind but I'm having a hard time putting them into words.

@oyashirazu you made it!!! thank you so much. i'm positive he will read our list and love it!!! hope you enjoyed your time in Seoul!!! thank you!!!

OMG i haven't seen second part of episode 6 and i need to see episode 7 too... where to watch t english subbed?  those short clips are so romantic. LJG must do a romantic drama asap!!!  don't care if it's sad or happy... (love romcoms but tragcs love are more epic) and i love to see him with PMY. great chemistry and i've always liked her (Healer, SKKS)

i'd love to see LJG on a Hong Sister's Drama if it's good (You're beautiful, Master Sun and Greatest Love are ones of my favorites dramas ever!!, also love Hong Hil Dong and Fantasy Couple. But hated Big and never cared much for My Girl, even if it is LJG) as for KES I loved secret garden and City Hall is another of my favorite dramas (so romantic!)

They are four years apart. When she shot spris with him shes a rookie actress whereas he was a huge major star at that time. Yes hes also been in the industry for a long time by then. I loved their chemistry in MEC. He was so cool and calm during the reveal and just had this familiar fondness about him, no wonder she unraveled. Hehehe... I really wish he gets an Alist costar for his next role. He gets the worst actresses (excluding han hyo joo).

I also dislike KES and Hong Sisters. KES for all the reasons already stated by others and Hong Sisters - they always start off well but by mid drama story starts to drag and by the last episode all my love for the drama fizzled out considerably. All the big name writers to me are so overrated and mediocre. Park Ji Eun - Legend of blue sea. Crap also.

Imo - best 2 writers for me in Korea is Park Hye Ryun (I hear your voice, pinnochio, pageturner) and Yang Hee Seung who is severely uderrated. She wrote Oh My Ghostess and Weightlifting Fairy. So much heart from these two writers. They write scenes and dialogues that remain with you for a long time. Also the story pacing and stringing together of characters and build - quite flawless. I hope LJK will be able to meet them someday. So he will have a memorable production that can be his representative work for a long time.

@oyashirazuWelcome back:D So happy for you that you enjoyed your trip to Seoul - I hope you got to do and see all you wanted too :D

And a big, big thankyou for delivering the letter on behalf of us all - you must have been so excited going into Namoo - my heart would have been pounding.  Who might I 'bump' into????  The letter looks awesome - very neat - and I love what you wrote for #101  I'm sure Joon Gi will read it and when he does I'm sure he will love it.

The ending of MEC last night held a couple of surprises for me 1. That they did meet up in the end... and 2. That Joon Gi had guessed who she was or as he confessed, he was given a hint haha.  I felt that Joon Gi was quite controlled at the end - he even had his hands in his pockets for a while.  Imo it all seemed a little awkward. Perhaps in the next episode, we might see the ending play out a little more :)

I like Park Hye Ryun works as well, especially loved I hear your voice. The writer of Kill me Heal me is good too - the narrative for this one was perfect - and of course the writer of Two Weeks. I wouldnt mind if he works with her again!

Wow, Joon Gi got 2,1m followers on IG now. That was really quick!

And I'm glad the opinions of netizens on Joon Gi in MEC are that good. MEC really was a good decision for Joon Gi.

And this is just ...

I never expected Joon Gi to have that good chemistry with PMY but I kind of want to see them in a project together now thanks to MEC. First, I want to see EP06 part 02 and EP07, though... And hopefully, we get to see a little bit more of them next week. I don't yet want it to be over.

Thank you my dear chingus @antoniaclamens and @luvkstyle

EDIT: Oh, I didn't notice that @leesopark16 already posted a link to the translated netizen comments. Sorry!

@violina

(Sorry for the typos) Here I go:

I know what it is! I'll tell you MY experience:  So I came here and posted a screenCap of the MLSHR WiKi Page "cause someone had mercy and added some TRUTH to all the negativity displayed on that article... (Before that I was reading JG's wiki and noticed that all his awards were missing!!!!) and then went to other popular over-hyped actor's page, for comparison reasons, and noticed that even his dramaFever awards, fashion awards and crap of that nature were being mentioned because the actor didn't really have any REAL acting awards, even if he's the MOST popular  "ACTOR" from Asia!!! So I decided to copy the article and paste it in a word document so I could add ALL of his awards, and also did the same with the Scarlet heart wiki page! And what happened? Well I'll tell you what happened: Not even 5 minutes passed after I posted the "good news on another forum" that the wiki page was fixed, when it when back to JUST mentioning WHAT A FAILURE the drama was and it gave links to articles like, JG doesn't know what he's going to do (Careerwise) after the FAILURE of SHR 2) "Baekhyun Heavily criticized for poor acting" 3) IU SUCKS at acting (Something like that) ... So basically the TWO people in charge of this wiki page are the SAME editing JG's page; I went to the "EDIT section and tried to revert the whole thing to what it was a few minutes before, and read the following: "Some new user just added a bunch of FLUFF, what is this a fan page? (This was a conversation between the two individuals in 'in charge' of the page or should I say: The two ANTIS who highjacked those two articles??? Well, my reply to them was: NO, this is NOT a fan page, this is a HATE page... And I have a question, if you hate someone/something sooo much, why would you write about it?... NO REPLY, but of course, before that, they told me MANY times that they would block my IP so I could NEVER edit anything ever again, but the funniest thing was when they called me "new user" HA! my account is from 2007, they were probably watching "Clifford the big red dog" when I made my ACCT.

I noticed now that those two IDIOTS added 'some' of the info, the same FLUFF that they called unverifiable (As if the drama being successful in the Americas, the middle east, Europe, and other Asian countries is something that they couldn't google!! and see if they can 'verify' it!) Like the fact that the drama was watched 2 billion times in mainland China!!!! They called that FLUFF. I was soo angry!

So there you have it: The wiki thingy is being controlled by some "Other actor lover/ IU hater... Baekhyun's anti' And JG's bio, by someone who wants to elevate some trashy actor who hasn't done ANYTHING different since his big break, but gets a lot of love for some reason and now might be going to the army and YOU KNOW how difficult is to recover after two years away, especially when you ain't got NO TALENT!

:sweatingbullets: yeah, I noticed that it's as though we can't post anything positive about SHR/JG on wiki without haters messing up the articles. I don't think they 'control' anything, it's just that they (probably) have the pages on their watchlist and have way too much free time on their hands so they keep reverting edits or inserting information based on gossip / not-so-respectable korean news sites. I guess a couple of people got pissed off by SHR's international success?? lol.

I think the best way is to always cite and source when editing though - at least that will make sure that they can't report you to wiki since you're inserting properly sourced information.

Inaccurate, incomplete and negative commentary on Wikipedia's Lee Joon gi Page.

WIkipedia Editors:  Please support efforts to make corrections on the talk page under the Talk tab.

Under the talk tab  in Lee Joon gi's Wikipedia's page an argument to make corrections can be found.  Citations have already been included to correct the write up but so far those citations have been ignored and editing efforts have been blocked! (see citations and articles referenced at the end of the talk page) That effort began at the end of December. TO DATE, the claims of "fluff" or "Peacock" as well as the claim that corrections were fan motivated have been the standard tactic used to undo all editing of a more positive nature. At this point no correction will be successful by any one editor ONLY multiple editors and multiple voices from other editors joining the argument will be successful.

The Wikipedia editing criteria uses the terms of Fluff or Peacock in reference to changes and writing that is not supported by citation. However as noted even citation and references that support change have been ignored. The criteria established by WIkipedia  must be followed in order to over ride opposing editors and make lasting change to the article.  Please read those argument and citations that support editing changes carefully. Support them as valid and refer to them as needed.

I believe the article for  Lee Joon gi is being controlled by a small  number of editors who are blocking corrections.  Those who seriously wish to help change the article need to add their voice and comments to the talk page and join in the discussion. Otherwise the normal editing process will fail because such edits are being erased by the opposition. There are at least 4 editors opposing those changes. The more support added to the discussion on the talk page the greater the likelihood the article will ultimately be changed, Supporting the existing discussion, repeating existing citations or adding new proof is paramount. Any complaint posed to Wikipedia Administration would need to include proof that all other efforts to make changes have been tried, failed or blocked.  Those are the steps needed to over-ride the opposition. Discussions on the talk page is the ONLY way to document the process

Those blocking changes know what they are doing. Their actions can only be stopped if they are outnumbered by a majority of editors who disagree with them but so far support for change doesn't exist. When a majority support such changes they will be accepted. Conversely only when enough evidence exists that some editors are actively attempting to block changes can arbitration be requested or Wikipedia Administration approached  Please add your voice and comments to the Talk page to support efforts to make corrections.  Thank you!

NOTE:  The same editors blocking activity on the Lee Joon gi page are doing the same on the MLSHR page.
