I finished ep 1 mainly because of Fukazawa. 

But the actor (the husband) is good in this role.

Yeah, Tanaka Rei is a good actor. It's just too bad that he's cast in abusive husband roles, but it also means he's really good acting like one.

The city is ready for Xmas season - lights are up and all the promos for Black Friday are pouring in. I find the deals here are more often a feelgood (i.e. they merely take away taxes) than truly good. It’s better in the Outlets but nothing compared to the ones I’ve seen in the US and Australia.

The best deals here are during Ramadan 😄 But sales aren't bad during sale seasons and same can be said during Christmas. 

 

Most are timing it well so that you get the best discount for the items you want. 😁 For example, the gremlins' school things, I stock up not before school opening, but a month or 2 after. What would be AED199 bag or shoes, I'd be able get for AED50.

 

Christmas sales are good here for many items cos many expats would be flying back to their countries bringing electronics, toiletries, jewelries, or sweets. 😊

Ooh, I finally managed to watch Måneskin's lead singer's Damiano David's new MV Born With a Broken Heart.

The song is more pop than anything - very different to his rock persona. Interesting to see him go more mainstream - apparently he wrote the song himself while he was coming out of a depression and feeling quite empty and broken.

 

But he's dancing well, the song's pleasant, the cinematography is awesome and he's nice to look at.... What do you think of this song and MV @agenth @sweetroad @larus @joccu @MayanEcho @sadthe1st @WeunXK @newrocher22 @rocat @Lmangla @confusedheart ?

Anyone btw watching the Japanese drama Light of My Lion which is streaming now on Netflix? I just watched the 4 episodes that have dropped already (it's an 11 ep drama).

 

"Komori Hiroto is a kind young man who works at the city hall. Since losing his parents in an accident, he has been living with his younger brother Michito, who has autism spectrum disorder. Their restful days are changed when they meet a young boy called “Lion” who they decide to take in. Before long, they get caught up in an incident that changes their lives completely."

 

So this is a really heartwarming, slice of life and funny drama, but the interesting thing is that it's also thriller/mystery. Who is this 6 year old boy who appeared in their lives and why did he appear....? Will keep you on your toes.

Synopsis is interesting. I halted seeing any dramas for now cos busy, but this genre if done well isn't a chore to watch.

It's so apparent in the live rendition of this song that he's not used to performing solo. He kept interacting with the band. LOL - very cute

its quite shocking but its a good song. However he loses his style. 
 

I haven’t caught any drama as I am on holiday and tbh I am stressed as the first few days I already walked every day 24k steps and on arrival day even 33k lol.

 

 

My knees are hurting so bad.

No idea who this guy is. 

I wasn't sure of the song because the bass is so loud that I couldn't hear the lyrics till I put on CC. 

He is very graceful when it comes to dancing though. Those steps are inspired by Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly and they are actually difficult to do even when it just seems like he is coming down the stairs.
