newrocher22 Posted August 24 Posted August 24 I watched the first two episodes. This is a comedy but the crossbows case is interesting and we saw there is a mystery about YM's family. I like all the characters, the girl with the whip is a little arrogant but it is ok. TJC is quite suited to the role. 1
SilverDawn Posted August 31 Posted August 31 I will give it 2 more weeks until I start this one. Loved Tian Jian Ci in Lost you Forever.
liddi Posted August 31 Posted August 31 It is great fun - Yuan Mo is totally different and there is no trace of Xiang Liu here (perhaps a little Fangfeng Bei but very very minute). I love that the narrative is fast paced with a fine balance between humour and intrigue, and there is great camaraderie between all the characters, not just the 4 main leads. Thus far, what I really enjoy about each case is that it is neither overly complicated nor heavy, but often with a lesson to be relayed, and there is at least one in particular which leaves me with such a sense of regret when they actually do solve it. Fingers crossed it continues to be good. The broadcast schedule has been revised such that it now airs daily and ends next Wed for VIP viewers. 1
