Shrinking Mp3

is ther a file or a way to shrink the ,p3 file size and still have the song remain the same length??

like say from 6mb down to 4mb or something?

yes, u would lower the quality of the mp3, and the size would shrink

its not too noticable, but it depends on how much u shrink it
