Lee Je Hoon will work with director Ahn Pan Seok in a new JTBC K-drama.

On March 21, media outlet OSEN released an exclusive report stating that Lee Je Hoon will be leading the upcoming K-drama titled Negotiation Skill (working title). 

Negotiation Skill will tell the stories in the setting of a merger and acquisition of a company. The upcoming series will be part of JTBC's Saturday and Sunday K-drama timeslot. 

This will be the first time that Lee Je Hoon will collaborate with director Ahn Pan Seok. The same director of the popular K-dramas One Spring Night, Something in the Rain, and the upcoming K-drama The Midnight Romance in Hagwon which will be led by Jung Ryeo Won, Wi Ha Joon, and So Ju Yeon.

Lee Je Hoon will portray the main lead character, an M&A expert. 

There is no confirmation yet on the release and filming date of the upcoming K-drama Negotiation Skill.




This will be the second upcoming K-drama of Lee Je Hoon. The actor is also set to lead the much anticipated K-drama Chief Detective 1958. He will work with Lee Dong Hwi, Choi Woo Sung, Yoon Hyun Soo, Seo Eun Soo, and Choi Deok Moon in the upcoming series. 

Last year, Lee Je Hoon led the hit K-drama Taxi Driver Season 2. Many are hopeful that there will be a third season for the K-drama. The actor also made a special appearance in the hit Disney+ K-drama Big Bet Season 2.

Lee Je Hoon will also lead the upcoming movies Escape and Moral Hazard.

The top actor is known for being part of the K-dramas Move to Heaven, Taxi Driver, Where Stars Land, Tomorrow With You, Signal, Secret DoorFashion King, and more.

As a result of OSEN's coverage on the afternoon of the March 21st, Lee Je-hoon recently received a love call from the production team of JTBC's new Saturday-Sunday drama 'The Art of Negotiation', and after positive consideration, he decided to appear. This marks hismy first time working with director Ahn Pan-seok.


JTBC's new Saturday-Sunday drama 'The Art of Negotiation' is a work that deals with the story of M&A (mergers and acquisitions) between companies, written by writer Seung-young Lee and directed by Pan-seok Ahn. Lee Je-hoon will play the role of the main character and M&A expert in the drama, showing a new charm and appearance that has never been seen before.

In particular, interest in the industry is higher than ever as Lee Je-hoon, a 'reliable hit actor', and director Ahn Pan-seok, a 'master of the drama world' meet for the first time. Director Ahn Pan-seok, who created melodrama masterpieces such as 'Pretty Sister Who Buys Me Food', 'Spring Night', and 'Secret Love Affair', presents a fresh genre film through 'The Art of Negotiation', and anticipation is high as to what kind of synergy will be created by joining hands with Lee Je-hoon as the protagonist.


Lee Je-hoon plans to join the set of 'The Art of Negotiation' as soon as MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Investigation Chief 1958', which is currently being filmed, ends. Meanwhile, 'Investigation Team Leader 1958' will premiere on April 19, and 'The Art of Negotiation' is scheduled to air in the first half of next year.

Taxi Driver’s Lee Je Hoon to lead new drama Negotiation Skill by One Spring Night director; Report

Lee Je Hoon has confirmed his role in a new drama helmed by the director of Something in The Rain, raising much excitement. Read on to know the details.

Lee Je Hoon, known for dramas like Signal (2016), Taxt Driver (2021), Move to Heaven (2021), and more is making his highly-anticipated comeback to the small screen with an upcoming MBC drama. Meanwhile, he recently received a call to star in a new JTBC drama titled Negotiation Skill.

According to a Korean media outlet, Lee Je Hoon has reportedly confirmed his appearance in the upcoming drama. The News report quoted him announcing the latest update as he shared, “I have received the proposal to star in Negotiation Skill. And after positively reviewing it with much consideration, I have decided to appear in this drama.”

This will reportedly mark his first collaboration with the director Ahn Pan Seok, who is confirmed to helm this drama and earlier delivered hits like Something in The Rain (2018), One Spring Night (2019), Secret Love Affair (2014), and more.


Negotiation Skill (working title) has an intriguing narrative about the business world. It will closely follow a finance-related plot of mergers and acquisitions between companies. Lee Je Hoon will reportedly take on the main role as an M&A expert with unmatched talents and skills in the scene. 


While director Ahn Pan Seok will fulfill the directorship, the drama’s screenplay has been penned by writer Lee Seung Young. Anticipations runs high to witness the Signal actor in a new on-screen avatar and his evergreen charming appearance.

Especially, the viewers are excitedly waiting since the master of the drama world Ahn Pan Seok is finally joining hands with the consecutive hit actor.

Actor Kim Dae Myung is joining Lee Je Hoon in the upcoming JTBC K-drama The Art of Negotiation.

On May 14, it was reported that Kim Dae Myung will be one of the main leads of the upcoming business K-drama The Art of Negotiation.

Kim Dae Myung's agency UAA responded to the reports. According to them, "Kim Dae Myung is confirmed to star in the upcoming K-drama The Art of Negotiation."

This will be the second upcoming K-drama of Kim Dae Myung after Hospital Playlist Season 2

Kim Dae Myung will also join the cast of the upcoming K-drama Light Shop with Ju Ji Hoon, Park Bo Young, Kim Seol Hyun, Bae Sung Woo, Uhm Tae Goo, and Lee Jung Eun.

This year, the actor participated in the movie Alienoid: Return to the Future led by Ryu Jun Yeol, Kim Tae Ri, Kim Woo Bin, Lee Ha Nee, Yeom Jung Ah, and Jo Woo Jin.




The Art of Negotiation will depict the happenings in a merger and acquisition of a company.

The upcoming K-drama will be helmed by director Ahn Pan Seok who also created the K-dramas  One Spring Night and Something in the Rain. He is also the director of the ongoing series The Midnight Romance in Hagwon led by Jung Ryeo Won, Wi Ha Joon, and So Ju Yeon.

Kim Dae Myung is a South Korean actor who is known for acting in movies and dramas who first began acting in theaters. His breakthrough role was in the drama Misaeng: Incomplete Life which aired in 2014. 

Kim Dae Myung’s role in Hospital Playlist garnered him immense love and recognition across borders as well. His other noted films include The Golden Holiday, Alienoid, and Golden Slumber. He will be soon appearing in the upcoming mystery K-drama Light Shop alongside Ju Ji Hoon and Park Bo Young.
