Except for Lee Soo Hyuk oppa's A-H-M-A-Z-I-N-G visuals, am not sure if he has exhibited a lot of other perfect namja chingu qualities? I mean, dude never gets a chance to play the lead role in order to even showcase romance with the girl.

I picked quite a few. But my #1 from those mentioned is hands down, without a doubt, Her Private Life's, Ryan Gold. Best ML imho. Love him, have nothing bad to say about him. Not one single iota of a bad thing to say.

it’s not Inzhagi but we definitely praised him at length! He’ll always have a special place in my heart for intelligent birds.

I recall that these reasons were mentioned in the discussion for why ML is best BF:

You never watched him in other dramas? I think I watched him in 7 dramas but in only one he was the first lead. I want him as lead in other dramas. I don`t know why some actors are not lucky enough to receive offers for first lead roles.

 

In Death`s Game he was a serial killer. He played one in Voice (first season) too. I still feel chills when I think of his role in that drama. 🫣 I want to watch The Guest because I heard good things about it but horror is not my favorite genre and I still postpone the moment.

Let's just say I watched a drama and a movie of his because those were adaptations of stories I enjoyed. I struggled to finish both.

 

He was also outacted by younger, lesser experienced cast in an anthology he was part of.

 

It didn't help that the movie had a drama version with another actor who wasn't as popular nor as good-looking as he was, but boy oh boy, that actor totally nailed the role and he is still the actor one thinks of when that character is mentioned. Not him.

The moment I saw the script, that “Do you want me?” line…I’ve been discussing with our director on how to best deliver it because it’s a great line that could represent Ryan’s character. yes, it was an alternate universe I was in where the Xiao Nai character was revered. I know where that is too now. 


The benefit of this exercise for me was that I recalled things I thought I had forgotten about but not so much for you all whom I foisted Xiao Nai on. :lol:
