Jo Bo Ah sent Lee Dong Wook a sweet gift on set of his upcoming movie “Single in Seoul”

It’s food truck from Jo Bo Ah.

@ling ko, thanks for sharing the pictures. Lee Dong Wook smiled in happiness after receiving a snack truck from her. He updated his Instagram with these new photos. See this big smile on his face while posing in front of a snack truck. He looks very good wearing a long black padded coat to keep himself warm in this cold weather. The snack truck provided various types of snacks and drinks for Lee Dong Wook & for the other cast and staff of the movie. :Twerkdatbutt:

Blast From The Past: 10 K-Dramas Turning The Big 10 In 2021

It’s that time again where we turn back the clock by 10 years and revisit some of the more memorable dramas from a decade ago. Many of the dramas from that time drew huge followings and greatly bolstered the popularity of many actors, who would continuously churn out great entertainment in the years to come.

For obvious reasons, we can’t list out all the dramas that premiered in 2011, so here is just a small sampling of 10 that are memorable for one reason or another. And if we left out a major 2011-drama of yours, do head down to the comments section below to give your own shout out. Without further ado, let’s head down memory lane and say “Happy Birthday” to these 10-year-old dramas (in no particular order):

Scent of a Woman

scent-of-a-woman-2.jpg

“Scent of a Woman” is probably most memorable for that steamy tango scene between Kim Sun Ah‘s and Lee Dong Wook‘s characters that still continues to live in the minds of anyone who’s watched the show. It also shown much-deserved light on the very talented Uhm Ki Joon, for his likable and nuanced portrayal of the second male lead character. And despite being a show about a woman facing terminal illness, it’s more uplifting than depressing, and sends an message of hope and to live life to the fullest.

*** On Feb 8, Lee Dong Wook hosted livestream event “Exciting Lunar New Year V LIVE.” There he said - “I finished filming Single in Seoul three days ago. I took about 8 days break after finishing Tale of the Nine-Tailed and started shooting the film right away. It was exhausting both mentally and physically. I’m relieved that it’s all over. And I’d like to thank our staff members."   :wow1:   With the current (pandemic) situation, I think the release will take some time. But I guess it will be released within this year.

@ling ko, thanks for sharing this. This is a British and Hong Kong fashion magazine. They list some of the most handsome Asian celebrities from all over the world. This would be the fifth year in which Asian celebrities are selected for 'I-Magazine's Fashion Face Award.'  The celebrities were chosen through a face recognition software programmed with six requirements for an individual to be selected for the ranking. Then 350 experts such as professional photographers, designers, makeup artists, editors, and I-Magazine's teams from over 30 countries, including China, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, and Korea, screen over 10,000 photos and videos over three months to rank the selected celebrities. There are a total of six categories - Asian Male, Asian Female, Caucasian Male, Caucasian Female, Black Male, and Black Female - in which celebrities from all walks of life in the fashion industry were ranked. Various Korean celebrities were named in the ranking alongside Lee Dong Wook. I just adore this man!  :rubchin:

*** This came from KingChoice, which is a popular polling website where fans of K-Pop can participate in various polls put up on a semi-regular basis on topics such as idols, ships, songs, and other categories. These polls often draw in hundreds of thousands of votes total, so the results come from a pretty large pool of participants! While of course the resulting list will always be subjective, it’s still interesting to see who ends up on the top of the chart and whether or not your favorite artist ended up where you think they should.  :shaq:

These K-drama Actors Gave Justice to Their Roles as Lawyers

Many K-drama fans always look forward to the roles of their favorite actors, maybe a character of a CEO, policeman, agent, or even a lawyer. Through the years of producing drama content, these are the notable Korean heartthrobs who fairly gave justice to their roles as lawyer.

There is something magical about lawyers that is incredibly appealing. More than their passion of seeking justice and helping those who are in need, they are also extremely good looking while standing in trial. I bet you focus too much looking at them rather than listening to their cases right? We are sure you're having the same struggles. Check out some of your favorite K-drama lawyers below!

Lee Dong Wook - "Touch Your Heart"

"Goblin" actor Lee Dong Wook played the role of Kwon Jung Rok, a cold-hearted and workaholic lawyer in the drama "Touch Your Heart." He may have great skills in defending his people, but he lacks the experience when it comes to defending his feelings. Behind his strong personality hides a sweet and caring lawyer. And of course, his handsome look is already a plus!

24 K-Dramas That Are Made Even Better By Their Fantastic Soundtracks

There's a whole lot to love about K-dramas.

From their twisting plotlines to their poignant romance arcs, it's no wonder that once you watch one K-drama, you'll quickly find yourself wanting to watch another (and another, and another, and another)!

But you know what makes a K-drama stand apart from the rest? An incredible soundtrack.

K-drama soundtracks are seriously underrated. Not only are they ridiculously catchy and a great way to find new artists to listen to, but they can also provide a glimpse into a character's mindset or complement the show's current storyline. Add in performances by phenomenally talented artists like Exo's Chen, BTS's V, or IU, and K-drama soundtracks definitely deserve more recognition.

So without further ado, here are 24 K-dramas that are made even better by their fantastic soundtracks.

17. Touch Your Heart (2019)

Much like the drama's title, this soundtrack is one that will definitely linger in your heart long after the first listen. Featuring outstanding performances by Red Velvet's Wendy, Park Bo-ram, and Exo's Chen, this is an album that just gives you warm, fuzzy feelings, not unlike its main characters, Kwon Jung-rok (Lee Dong-wook) and Oh Jin-shim (Yoo In-na).

Recommended songs: "What if Love" by Wendy, "Make It Count" by Chen, "Good Night" by Jeong Sewoon, "Left Over Left Hand" by Park Bo-ram, and "Be Your Star" by Seoryoung and Lena.
