this is a superb drama, i never thought that ill be enjoying this, i watched this drama out of boredom, and now im dying to watch it again, i love tae bong's character, arrogant who is secretive and cant express himself freely, i love the he acts, his expression was so neutral, his face doesnt change much, hahaha he is cute when he does that, he and kim jaejoong do have similarity with the facial expression, stern face...anyways i hope lee min ki would have another role just like what he had in this drama, i was surprised when i watched his other dramas, with his dorky character,,,i want to have is arrogant charisma back,,,dalja's spring really made my day!

i am so behind in watching this, haha i had too many drama's stacked! and then one day i got my dalja's spring dvd and poof. NOW I CAN't GET DALJA out of my mind. it's a nice drama. very realistic. cant wait to finish it!

Synopsis

‘Dalja’s Spring’ is the story of Dalja, a 33-year old single at a crossroad of whether to remain single or get married before she gets older. The drama aims to comically and candidly portray the reality and undying pursuit of romance of a thirty something single woman.

The love triangle of Dalja, Taebong and Gijoong brews conflicts over love versus marriage. Taebong, a hunk six years younger than Dalja, works as substitute dates and becomes Dalja’s fake boyfriend. Gijoong is the type who dreams of an ideal and rational courtship. The drama also highlights the life and work of women in their thirties through Dalja who is a talented managing director at a home shopping channel.

I watched this because of Chae Rim but I fell in love with Lee Hye Young's character and also Eom's wife. They ain't really comical characters but when they appear they always make me smile (aside from their first appearances wherein they are really detestable) and has a commanding presence.

Kinda draggy but overall a feel good series. I'm so late watching this one! haha. Anyways, great OST. I especially liked the song Nae Son Eul Jab Ah Jwuh. Oooooooooh, shalalalala, shalalalala...

i can't believe i just started watching this (up to ep 10 now). this drama is so well made. i love every character.

i'm sorry to ask this (b/c i'm sure it's come up a lot, but i swear i tried searching the forum), but what's THAT song? i'm sure ya'll know which one i'm referring to, that instrumental piece that comes up at all the poignant moments (particularly between seon joo and sae do). i would greatly appreciate it if someone could refer a link to me. thanks in advance!!!

I super looooove this series (yah, I know I'm sooooo 4 years behind, right? ). Actually it's my 2nd re-watch, but I was looking for jbean's recaps for each episode in DB. Apparently her list in DB is incomplete although she put a disclaimer (in ep. 13) that the "missing" recaps can be found right here, so that's enough drive for me to register in soompi  And I'm so glad that I did, since there are A LOT of Korean entertainment updates that I've been missing

One of the most entertaining and funny K-Dramas out there, i watched it with my girlfriend and even though i´m not really someone who can empathize with a woman in her thirties, the drama was really fun. I´m surprised though that the tv station didn´t get sued for all the american movie soundtracks they used on the show.

Dal Ja's Spring is a drama I adore, and the 2nd drama that I want to purchase the legit actual DVDs, but does anyone know for sure that it has an official English release with good subtitles?  I have been wanting to buy the DVD real bad for the last 3 years, kept checking YesAsia but did not see an official release and after many years, I thought I will go for another option: buying a Malaysian version or Hong Kong International version.  Could someone who chanced upon these two versions let me know which one has the better English subs?  Thanks so so much!!!
