Oh I forgot, the first two Asians to make it big in Hollywood, they starred mainly in silent movies:

She played the second lead in most of her movies. She was the more famous of the two.

I saw one of his movies, the Cheat, where he played a guy who blackmailed a woman into sleeping with him, but she ended up escaping and her husband got him or something. I don't quite remember. But it was pretty good. That movies turned him into quite the heartthrob in the day.
