Yay! I found him endearing in The Long Ballad.

He was especially sweet to the princess he was protecting.

Yes her return to a historical-Wuxia drama! I also like Liu Yuning as the ML. I just realize he is the OST singer too lol. Never made the connection but I also liked him in The Long Ballad.

This is just for the poster shoot but I hope they keep this cinematography style for the drama too because it’s visually minimalistic but still gorgeous. I’m so excited for this one!

• Director Zou Xi is of the "Ultimate Note" (202) in the Tomb Raider series fame
• The other Director - Zhou Yuan Zhou was part of the Guardian (2018) team
• Producer Qi Shuai also was part of A Dream of Splendor team.

So many exciting things to look forward to in this drama.

I am still delightedly surprised that LYN skyrocketed to a ML so fast.

Not really. I watched him in The Long Ballad and The Heroes and asked why he wasn't male lead already, both times. I am so glad he finally made it, and with his costar and the writer , this drama is one that I will not miss.

Yup, I really liked his role in The Long Ballad.

I'm happy he got a lead role now.

As well as many other roles in other dramas.
