Synopsis:

The story takes place during the turbulent mid-Tang Dynasty, right after the An Shi Rebellion. All the vassals and towns plot to separate themselves from the court. The Qing Yi Mansion, which guards the imperial city, and the secret realm of Jiang Hu join forces to eradicate the hidden dangers of the court, and Bai Yu Jing comes into being. Externally, it appears as a place for sheltering homeless women. Inside, it is a secret place in the mountains where female assassins are trained. These assassins are either hidden in the marketplace or lie dormant under the name of "Yin Niang". They experience life and death, love and hate, and betrayal in Baiyujing, trying to break free from the cage of fate, but they are unexpectedly involved in a shocking conspiracy that gradually takes shape. In order to protect the world, they finally draw their swords and fight.

me too, I am drawn to the ML. They wrapped filming in early June, so by the time it's post-production and approvals from the Board, I would say next year optimistically?

Ohh, I've grown to love SYC a lot too after My Sassy Princess .  And he would definitely use his fighting skills again, that so cool .

 

I've digged it a bit on Twitter, should say the leads' styling looks gorgeous on first posters. I especially like Qin Lan with light make up; she looks very angelic,  but that sword in her hands is literally shouting "stay away, I'm lethal".

 

And yes, let's hope since it not wuxia they would need less time for post- production,  than , say, a year...

 

P.S. This days, if I'm waiting for any drama, I just pray nothing bad would materialize that could possibly "ground" and effect the drama successfully making it to the screen...now that's my main wish re any drama after all crazy things that happened with certain people...
