Lee La-El (Seo Yea-Ji) and her family were destroyed by a person

who wields power. She decided to take revenge for herself and her family

and prepared for 13 years. Finally, Lee La-El implements her plan

with the help of Seo Eun-Pyeong (Lee Sang-Yeob). Seo Eun-Pyeong grew up in an orphanage

and he is a smart man. After he witnessed the tragedy of Lee La-El’s family,

he decided to become a person who holds power.

He is now the youngest member of the National Assembly.

A 28-year-old who was formerly the daughter of a genius scientist and his wife.

Her happy family life was shattered with her father's death.

She thus began to seek and planned revenge for 13 years,

starting by targeting Kang Yoon-gyeom,

one of the main culprits who orchestrated the death of her father.

 

 

 

Park Byung-Eun as Kang Yoon-Gyeom

The 41-year-old heir of LY Group and So-ra's husband.

He fell in love with Ra-el and had an affair with her,

without knowing that this was part of Ra-el's revenge for her family's tragedy

that was masterminded by Yoon-gyeom and his family 13 years ago.

 

 

Yoo-Sun as Han So Ra

The 45-year-old daughter of South Korea's highest-ranking politician,

and Yoon-gyeom's wife who was dangerously obsessive of her husband.

 

 

Lee Sang-Yeob as Seo Eun-Pyeong

A 38-year-old former human rights lawyer who became the youngest politician

in the National Assembly. He helped Ra-el to leave South Korea

after her family's tragedy 13 years ago. He was a righteous

Seo Ye Ji, Park Byung Eun, Yoo Sun, And Lee Sang Yeob Portray Intriguing Characters At Script Reading For New Drama

A photo from a script reading of the upcoming drama starring Seo Ye Ji, Park Byung Eun, Yoo Sun, and Lee Sang Yeob has been released!
 

“Eve” (literal title, formerly known as “Eve’s Scandal”) is a romance drama dealing with the inside story of a chaebol‘s 2 trillion won (approximately $1.7 billion) divorce lawsuit that shocks the entire nation. Seo Ye Ji stars as Lee Ra El, who was born between a genius father and a beautiful mother. After going through an unfortunate family affair, she transforms into a woman who is likened to a “dangerous flower” with a fatal charm. She is the woman at the center of the unbelievably expensive divorce lawsuit. Park Byung Eun will star as the CEO of the No. 1 corporate group in the financial world.
 

When discussing the casting of Seo Ye Ji as Lee Ra El, the production team said, “We thought solid acting skills and immersion are important since ‘Eve’ contains the process of Lee Ra El carefully preparing for revenge. Seo Ye Ji is an actress with a strong image and the energy to immerse herself to pull off Lee Ra El. From the first meeting, she analyzed the script more thoroughly than anyone else. A high understanding of the character and great affection for the project are the main reasons she was cast.
 

Park Byung Eun plays Kang Yoon Gyum, the CEO of LY Group, the No. 1 corporate group in the financial world. He is a man who has been faithful to his family and work without a single scandal, but he falls in love with Lee Ra El after meeting her. When discussing his role, the production crew said, “From Lee Ra El’s point of view, Kang Yoon Gyum is one of the main culprits of her collapsed family history and a man who needs to fall in love. We needed an actor in his 40s who is intelligent and sexy at the same time while also having a look that can portray the character’s double-sidedness. In that sense, we thought Park Byung Eun, who has the perfect face that crosses between good and evil and acting ability that adds to the character’s narrative, is the perfect option. Viewers will be able to feel another charm of Park Byung Eun.”
 

Yoo Sun plays the role of Han So Ra, who must be the best. Han So Ra is the only daughter of powerful politician Han Pan Ro and wife of Kang Yoon Gyum. However, underneath her perfect and glamorous appearance, she is emotionally anxious and obsessed with her husband. The production team praised Yoo Sun’s talent by saying, “Yoo Sun is an actress who has the visuals and acting skills to portray the perfect appearance of a woman who has everything while also expressing her inner feelings, which are stained with wounds, anxiety, and obsession. Yoo Sun’s elegant charisma and unlimited acting spectrum will shine once again, creating an unprecedented character.”
 

Finally, Lee Sang Yeob plays the role of Seo Eun Pyung, the youngest member of the National Assembly who has overcome his painful past of starting out at an orphanage. He has risen to the top, but he has resolved to abandon it all if it is for love. Commenting on Lee Sang Yeob, the production team said, “Lee Sang Yeob’s image fits perfectly to that of Seo Eun Pyung’s character, who is willing to freely sacrifice everything he accumulated for love. More than anything, during the first meeting, when we saw Lee Sang Yeob’s shining eyes that are warm and gentle yet firm, we confirmed, ‘He is Seo Eun Pyung himself.'”

tvN’s upcoming drama “Eve” shared captivating new character posters!
 

“Eve” is a new romance drama about a chaebol‘s 2 trillion won (approximately $1.7 billion) divorce lawsuit that shocks the entire nation. Unbeknownst to the public, the high-stakes lawsuit is the result of a carefully calculated revenge scheme 13 years in the making.
 

Seo Ye Ji stars in the drama as Lee Ra El, the dangerously alluring woman at the center of the divorce lawsuit, while Park Byung Eun stars as Kang Yoon Kyum, the CEO of LY Group. Lee Sang Yeob is Seo Eun Pyung, the youngest member of the National Assembly who is ready to throw everything away for love after meeting Lee Ra El, and Yoo Sun plays Kang Yoon Kyum’s wife Han So Ra who is the only daughter of a powerful politician.
 

In the new character posters, the four main leads each appear with a different color rose. Lee Ra El captivates with a dangerous and alluring atmosphere as she holds a deep red rose symbolizing desire and ambition. The text written across the poster reads, “You want me so bad.”



Kang Yoon Kyum has an expression of firm resolve on his face as he holds a blue rose, which symbolizes love that doesn’t give up. His poster reads, “I will love you until the end. No matter what I have to pay,” conveying his steadfast and passionate feelings for Lee Ra El. Viewers are curious to learn more about the romance between Lee Ra El, who will use love as a method for getting revenge, and Kang Yoon Kyum, who can’t help but fall for a dangerous love.



Han So Ra breaks the stem of a black rose as she poses with a piercing gaze. The black rose symbolizes, “You’ll always be mine,” and the text on her poster similarly reads, “There is nothing in this world I can’t have.” The words reflect her obsession over not letting Kang Yoon Kyum be stolen away from her.

Finally, Seo Eun Pyung holds a white rose symbolizing purity and respect. The text across his poster reads, “I’ve changed, but I want to protect you.” His determined gaze raises questions about what he will sacrifice to protect his love.
