I recently read an article on asiacinefil.com.Choi Ji Woo it was approaching 40 years.The author said that many famous actors who have this age are not really ask for film roles.Films are preferred young people under 30 years even without talent.It seems unjust and unfair.Why do these series of low quality.
I hope it will not be applied and our idol.It would be a great loss.
I hope that soon hear good news about SIK.

Dear Elisabeta, I hope that article isn't right. Remember our Radu Beligan? I savored him in "Amadeus", playing Salieri's role at 75 years old: absolutely brilliant! And now, at 94 years old, he is still on stage!! Korean Entertainment industry must be not-very-wise (euphemistically speaking!) to not use an older actor / actress only because they suppose younger actors are preferred by public: this is an anti-economic prejudice (if I'd be malicious, I'd say to K-producers: "Boys, I like your pretty-boy-actors, but I love the old guys and the family wallet is in my pocket, not in my children's".  LOL!  )
Dear Pohhooi, thank you for these new pictures of our beloved Prince! (our Prince is riding a bike and looks fabulous - I suppose he lost a couple of pounds last weeks; I hope he'll ride a horse in near future, in a new great-hit-historical drama, I pray and heartfelt hope! A friend proposed: Jumong reloaded! )

@elisabeta, I also think so.  Very few actors in 40's are highly demanded as lead role in TV Dramas.  Unless he takes on a big scale historical drama to make a come back.  Middle-aged actors tend to move into movies and theater.  Whatever it is, I'd like to see SIK working on a new project soon.

Elisabeta, yes, that's typical for Asian.  They only promote young actors.  Well, if you're only a supporting actor/actress then you're still fine when you get a little older but if you only play main roles, 40 is really on the other side of the hill.  Sad, isn't it???

KONA, I really want to finish editing TERMS OF ENDEARMENT for all SIKERS to watch and enjoy.  This is one of his dramas that melt my heart. His acting is very passionate, not to mention his good looks.  I know many of our friends here in Soompi have not watched it yet.  That's understandable.  The drama is a little boring if you're going to watch the whole episodes because of some scenes not related to Jang Soo and Eun Pah.  it runs 71 episodes.  BTW, I thank you all for the warm response.
I'm glad that even though SIK has no new project yet, most SIKERS are still active in the forum posting news, artworks and videos related to our man.  Since I can't post anything new, I decided to post the edited episodes of TOE, if only to keep the thread moving and arouse the interest of our Soompi friends.
Regarding the fate of actors ageing forty and above, I also find it ridiculous why producers will only choose younger actors with less talents to star in their dramas.  Mature actors are far more good than them if they will only consider producing dramas that will fit their caliber.  Well, maybe it's time for these aged actors to consider cosmetic surgery to look younger. Lol! >- >- >-

There were people whose lives were tragic during the Korean War, but they had hope even when they were not sure they could survive the war. We will show the truth that there is hope in all generations by reflecting the lives and love of those people onto the current time.  

6. A drama for forgiving and reconciliation
Making money without breaking any sweat becomes the fundamental source of crimes and this will give the lesson that one will recover humanity only after getting absolution.
