@lebeaucouple Jane Seymour was beautiful in Live and Let Die. It's not my favorite JB movie, but it's a good watch anyway with Roger Moore offering comedic relief from time to time.

 

@agenth Casino Royale is not a bad movie. Who can forget the iconic scene of Daniel Craig on the beach. And Mads Mikkelsen is a hot villain....

He's Pierce Brosnan, one of the men who are part of my awakening in my teenage years (along with Devon Sawa, River Phoenix, JTT and other guys I thought were hunks) so he's definitely my favourite. I wish he had done more movies in the franchise.....

i enjoyed Casino Royale. It had witty scenes and overall made Bond look more rough and street smart  - yes despite the tux and Omega.

 

It also had a brutal torture scene, but I still liked Daniel's joke.

OMG Yes! He is my first Bond too and as they say, first cut is the deepest. Although many say, he isn't the greatest, but man. did he make my young heart flutter. I wanted to marry him when I grew up.  Now that I can marry him, he's too old.  But still sexy as heck.

@partyon  well the first Bond that I have ever watched was from Russia with love so that one is kind of special.  

my other favorites are Diamonds are forever, the spy who loved me, octopussy and skyfall.

I'm not sure why I never really fell for Sean Connery, though.

All James Bonds have been different from each other and I guess I just prefer Roger Moore's cheekiness?

Strangely, I like Sean Connery not from his james bond series, but from these three famous movies :

• The Hunt for Red October (1990) - the novel was selling like hotcake)
• The Rock (1996)
• Entrapment (1999)
• 

I guess the storyline from these 3 are more interesting than the james bond movies.

Why not we have the Batman Series for voting ?

There are so many gorgeous men too in Batman Series, Like Christian Bale (my top favourite), Michael Keaton, etc..... I prefer the Batman series to James Bond because it is more humane, even though they come from comic stories.

Fun poll!  I voted for Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig. 

 

Pierce Brosnan:  Honestly, I voted for him as person rather than James Bond.  I saw the movie, but cannot remember it.    But I voted for him because what I read about him recently.  His wife has picked up some weight and there were comments about it.  I think he said he doesn't care and she's more beautiful than ever.  What a gentleman!    Ok, it doesn't hurt that he has (or had) black hair and blue eyes.  I'm a sucker for dark hair and blue eyes.

Daniel Craig:  He's a little on the short side and not classically handsome, but he has charisma and definitely manly.  I've enjoyed all his Bond movies.

those two are such great movies; they are the sort of movies that you can watch over and over and still not be bored. why don't they make more movies like them anymore? I love those popcorn action flicks. other spy movies I like are the tom clancy harrison ford movies. they were fun. I didn't like the newer ones -- way too much angst or something. no time for that. I did like the jason bourne movies though. something about matt damon being all stoic -- wah!

what a sweetie! I liked pierce brosnan from "remington steele". it was a tv show and he was such a charmer in that. it totally made sense that he would get cast as james bond.

@partyon  I always saw Connery like some Godfather of James Bond. He was the first Bond.  So I think that was the first reason I really liked him. And for me there always been something about Connery that I like.

Pierce Brosnan is definitely my fav James Bond portrayal / image.

 

I'll watch the new James Bond movie because I like the franchise, not because I love Daniel Craig. I didn't ever find Daniel Craig that attractive even tho James Bond is meant to be a babe... but he's still cool / seems nice in interviews.

same! not sure why but I find craig's version of bond so cold and very depressed. I watch movies for fun and not to feel even more brain fried.
