Shin Mina betrays Lee Byung-heon in new teaser for tvN’s Our Blues

our-blues-1.jpeg

by tccolb

Set on Jeju Island, the story weaves between the lives of 14 different characters who are all connected in some way – whether it be through friendship, family, or by simply being neighbors.

The impressive main cast includes: Lee Byung-heon (Mr. Sunshine), Shin Mina (Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha), Cha Seung-won (One Ordinary Day), and the woman who must be hiding time travel secrets because she’s in all the dramas this year (not that I’m complaining), Lee Jung-eun (Juvenile Justice).

The lineup continues with Han Ji-min (One Spring Night), Kim Woo-bin (Uncontrollably Fond), the magnificent Kim Hye-ja (The Light in Your Eyes), and the equally fantastic Go Du-shim (The One and Only).

We also get Uhm Jung-hwa’s (You’re Too Much, Witch’s Romance) return to dramaland along with some familiar faces like Park Ji-hwan (Black Dog), Choi Young-joon (Inspector Koo), and Bae Hyun-sung (Hospital Playlist 2). Last but not least, rookie actor Noh Yoon-seo and child actor Ki So-yoo (Oh My Baby) round out the cast.

For a fun quick peek at everyone in character, check out last week’s teaser here.

The newest video teaser focuses on Lee Byung-heon and Shin Mina’s segment, with opening captions that introduce their names: “Dong-seok and Sun-ah.” We transition to a text screen that explains the back story: “The girl who trampled over me and left.” Seeing Shin return to Jeju, Lee approaches her, “Don’t you know me?” to which Shin replies, “I do.” The teaser briefly flashes back to their younger days before returning to their reunion in the present. Upset, Lee remarks, “If you know me, aren’t you going to say hi or ask how I’ve been doing? How can you not even greet me, you punk.” The text screen that follows, reads: “She came back in a more pathetic state than me.”

We then cut to Shin Mina describing what she did during her time away: “I just lived.” Flashing back to the past again, we see a group of students fighting and a young Lee Byung-heon running. A happier Shin and Lee in the past have fun cleaning and driving around together. Back in the present, an angry Lee rants in his car, “How could you do that to me when I just liked being by your side. That’s all I wanted. Why did you do it!?” The teaser comes to a close with a view of the seaside where Shin Mina stands crying alone and from a distance we see Lee Byung-heon walking away.

Premiering next month on April 9, directing for Our Blues will be helmed by a team of PDs: Kim Kyu-tae (Live, It’s Okay, It’s Love), Kim Yang-hee, and Lee Jung-mook.

'Our Blues' Uhm Jung-hwa X Lee Jung-eun, the creaky friendship of a 30-year-old sibling

2022030910202193821_1.jpg

'Episode teaser' has been released, depicting the creaking friendship between Uhm Jung-hwa and Lee Jung-eun of 'Our Blues'.

tvN's new Saturday and Sunday drama 'Our Blues' (played by Noh Hee-kyung/directed by Kim Gyu-tae/planned by Studio Dragon/produced by GTist), which will be aired on April 9 It is an omnibus drama to support. 14 actors including Lee Byung-hun, Shin Min-ah, Cha Seung-won, Lee Jung-eun, Han Ji-min, Kim Woo-bin, Kim Hye-ja, Go Doo-shim, and Uhm Jung-hwa are gathering attention with their all-time casting lineup.

In the midst of this, the 'episode teaser' of Uhm Jung-hwa and Lee Jung-eun, which was released, tells the story of two friends, Mi-ran Ko and Eun-hee Jung, who grew up and spent their school days in Purreung Village, Jeju. In the drama, Lee Jung-eun takes on the role of Jeong Eun-hee, the owner of a self-made fish shop in the Jeju market, and Uhm Jeong-hwa takes on the role of Go Mi-ran, the first love of all men in Pureung Village, Jeju, who was envied by everyone because she was pretty, played well, and lived well.

The video begins with Lee Jung-eun's narration, "Eternal star. My best friend (best friend). Go Mi-ran has appeared in Purung Village after 3 years." Along with this, Uhm Jung-hwa, who was living in Seoul after leaving Jeju, came to Jeju to play.

Uhm Jung-hwa's lively appearance stirs up the village of Purreung in Jeju. Her boyfriends are excited about the appearance of her first love in her school days, and everyone's 'Queen' Jung-Hwa Uhm gets along with her friends with her cheerful and hot personality. However, while everyone welcomes her, only her best friend Jeong-eun Lee, who took her suitcase for her as a porter, shows a sharp reaction and draws her attention. The two looked like casual friends. However, Lee Jung-eun bluntly says, "Why don't we get along?" and bluntly says, "We get along very well. She is next to the princess," and defines her relationship with her Uhm Jung-hwa.

It seems that her thoughts on Uhm Jung-hwa are different. Uhm Jung-hwa says, "Eun-hee and I are one body. We give and receive generously, and we are united by loyalty!" she says clearly. Why did the two friends have different ideas about each other? The last appearance of them crossing their arms while shouting "loyalty!" raises the question of whether the relationship between the two friends can be preserved and the story of their 30-year friendship.

Above all, two actors with full of charm who have been active in dramas and movies. Interest in the meeting between Uhm Jung-hwa and Lee Jung-eun is soaring. Two actors with different colors and personalities, who believe in and see their acting skills, met. In the teaser, Uhm Jung-hwa and Lee Jung-eun, who have been completely immersed in each other as Ko Mi-ran and Jung Eun-hee, are drawing expectations as they depict long-time 'father'. We look forward to seeing how the two friends' 'love-hate chemistry' they will show.

Watch: Kim Woo Bin Falls In Love With Han Ji MIn Despite Rumors About Her In “Our Blues” Teaser

dummy.jpeg?s=900x600&e=t

Mar 12, 2022
by E. Cha

tvN’s upcoming drama “Our Blues” has shared a sneak peek of Kim Woo Bin and Han Ji Min’s love story!

“Our Blues” is a new omnibus-style drama set in Jeju Island that tells the sweet, sour, and bitter life stories of a diverse array of characters. In addition to Kim Woo Bin and Han Ji Min, the star-studded cast includes Lee Byung Hun, Shin Min Ah, Cha Seung Won, Lee Jung Eun, Kim Hye Ja, Uhm Jung Hwa, and more.

Han Ji Min will be starring in the drama as Lee Young Ok, a rookie haenyeo (female diver that harvests sea life for a living), while Kim Woo Bin will play warm-hearted ship captain Park Jung Joon.

The newly released teaser begins with Lee Young Ok and Park Jung Joon standing together against the romantic backdrop of the ocean at night. Someone asks curiously in voice-over, “What’s the relationship between you two?” Although Lee Young Ok claims that there’s nothing going on between them, Park Jung Joon’s smitten gaze suggests that he’s already fallen head over heels for her.

The clip also highlights the contrast between Lee Young Ok’s sunny personality and the many rumors surrounding her. In one scene, she cheerfully yells, “Hey, captain!” out of a moving car at Park Jung Joon, but in another, there is an empty look in her eyes as she dances alone at a club. Making insinuations about her messy love life, someone describes her as “a woman who’s dated this guy and that guy,” and Park Jung Joon worries, “Can she truly love me?”

Later, as they sit alone together on a boat at night, Lee Young Ok asks, “Did you decide on the answer to your question?” Looking back at her with an unwavering gaze, Park Jung Joon replies, “Yes.”

'Our Blues' Bae Hyun-seong X Noh Yun-seo, Jeju version Romeo and Juliet teaser released... Lee Byung-hun and Kim Woo-bin make a surprise appearance

L3MCMVABYB4CNFEAYVRURGEJO4.jpg

High school couple Bae Hyun-seong and Noh Yun-seo of 'Our Blues' will become the Jeju version of Romeo and Juliet.

tvN's new Saturday and Sunday drama 'Our Blues' (played by Noh Hee-kyung/directed by Kim Gyu-tae/planned by Studio Dragon/produced by GTist), which will be aired on April 9 It is an omnibus drama to support. Lee Byung-hun, Shin Min-ah, Cha Seung-won, Lee Jeong-eun, Han Ji-min, Kim Woo-bin, Kim Hye-ja, Ko Doo-shim, Uhm Jung-hwa, etc.

In the midst of this, the production team of 'Our Blues' is raising expectations by releasing 'episode teasers' one after another that is appropriate for the omnibus format. The story of the 14 main characters, who are entangled in relationships with family, friends, and neighbors, in the background of Jeju Oil Field, is included in each ‘episode teaser’.

The main characters of the 4th 'Episode Teaser' are Park Ji-hwan, Choi Young-jun, Bae Hyeon-seong, and Noh Yoon-seo, who tell the story of fathers who fight like enemies and their children who face a crisis of love in the meantime. Park Ji-hwan and Choi Young-joon, who have solid acting skills, will appear as fathers, and fresh-faced newcomers Bae Hyun-seong and Noh Yoon-seo will appear as their children, filling the drama richly.

The teaser video begins with the appearance of two fathers, Park Ji-hwan (Jung In-kwon) and Choi Young-jun (Bang Ho-shik), who growl even when they make eye contact. Park Ji-hwan and Choi Young-jun, who run a sundae soup restaurant and an ice shop at Jeju Oil Market, respectively, are proud of their well-educated children, Bae Hyeon-seong (Jung-hyeon) and Noh Yun-seo (Bang Young-joo). However, unlike the fathers who were enemies, the two children were Romeo and Juliet from Pureung Village, Jeju, who grew up in love without their father's knowledge.

And finally something that explodes explodes. It was foreshadowed the love of children who faced opposition from their fathers. Bae Hyun-seong and Noh Yoon-seo, who say “You have me” and “I’ll meet you alive!”, and Park Ji-hwan and Choi Young-joon’s more intense fight, I wonder in what direction their relationship will go.

The appearance of Lee Byung-hun (Lee Dong-seok) and Kim Woo-bin (Park Jeong-joon), neighbors of Purneung Village, who appeared in surprise during the fight between Park Ji-hwan and Choi Young-jun, made people look forward to the special omnibus drama 'Our Blues'. In the play, Lee Byung-hun, who is also a classmate of Park Ji-hwan and Choi Young-jun, encouraged the fight, and Kim Woo-bin stopped the fight, stimulating interest. Although they are not the main characters of the episode, they focused their attention on the performances of the actors who are entangled in various relationships and will make the entire drama densely.

OSEN = Reporter So-Young Park] 'Our Blues' Lee Byung-Hun transforms into a Jeju truck dealer.

TVN's new Saturday drama 'Our Blues' (played by Noh Hee-kyung/directed by Kim Gyu-tae/planned by Studio Dragon/produced by GTist), which will be aired on April 9.   It is a drama that conveys in an omnibus format. It is also attracting a lot of attention as a new work by writer Noh Hee-kyung, who showed a deep insight into humanity.

Above all, the appearance of Lee Byung-hun, a ‘trustworthy actor’, raises expectations for the drama. Lee Byung-hun, who makes any work or any character his own, is an actor who proves his existence as a 'trustworthy treasure' just by his name. As for the drama, Lee Byung-hun, who returned to the small screen after about four years after 'Mr. Sunshine’ , will take off the charisma he showed in his recent works and meet the viewers of 'Our Blues' with a friendly and everyday character.

Lee Byung-hun's role in 'Our Blues' is a Jeju-born truck dealer Lee Dong-seok. Lee Dong-seok is a character with a rough and blunt personality. He relies on a truck to do business between the islands, and he sleeps on a truck. People are curious about the story of Lee Dong-seok, why he is living such a rough life without a house to stay in.

In the midst of this, in the first still cut of Lee Byung-hun of 'Our Blues' released by the production team, you can see him perfectly transformed into a truck dealer  Lee Dong-seok. Lee Byung-hun, who sells various household items and clothes in the middle of the street, is also naturally soliciting customers. His appearance, which seems to have popped out of the real market, with his rough-hewn hair and casual clothes, clearly imprints the character of Lee Dong-seok, a trader of all things.

In the teaser video released earlier, Lee Byung-hun drew attention by foretelling the intense appearance of Lee Dong-seok, a merchant of all things, in a full-fledged Jeju dialect.  At the scene, Lee Byung-hun is said to have given a sense of reality by carefully taking care of costumes and props just like real merchants. His acting with a sense of life is already expected. The appearance of Lee Byung-hun, who has already been integrated with the character, raises expectations for the main broadcast.

The production team of "Our Blues" said, "Lee Byung-hun appeared perfectly immersed in "Lee Dong-seok" from the first shoot, drawing the story of Lee Dong-seok in various relationships, including a faint reunion with Min Sun-ah (Shin Min-in) who came down to Jeju, and the story of his mother Kang Ok-dong (Kim Hye-ja). Please look forward to Lee Byung-hun's performance to fill the drama with his colorful acting."

Meanwhile, tvN's new Saturday and Sunday drama "Our Blues" is a work in which writer Noh Hee-kyung and director Kim Kyu-tae, who created well-made dramas such as "Live," "It's Okay, It's Love," and "That Winter, The Wind Blows." It is drawing attention with an all-time casting lineup of 14 actors, including Lee Byung-hun, Shin Min-ah, Cha Seung-won, Lee Jung-eun, Han Ji-min, Kim Woo-bin, Kim Hye-ja, Ko Doo-sim, and Eom Jung-hwa, and will premiere at 9:10 p.m. on April 9.
