but ep 28 hints strongly that changes are imminent

Liked the scene when SY was carefully checking the handkerchief and then Yuan realized that

I wished the show ended at the wedding scenes you shared.

 

I understand why that demon could flit from one person to another but not why it stayed in SY. 

It appears that SY held on to him with his mighty powers and so the demon could be vanquished? Can’t ZY do the same since she seems to be powerful too?
