How to update actor/actress list ??

Hello everyone I need help. I recently created a forum for actress yoo in na since the old one is archieved and can no longer be used to discusss. 

1> Can that old forum be deleted ??

2> Is it possible to add this new forum and remove that from the actor/actress section and include this in official directory ??
