I am hoping more than expecting.   

Regarding SJH and SYJ. I don’t follow CLOY or SYJ (I did watched CLOY) but I agree that both are very beautiful and equally talented based on the awards they have received.
I am just so happy that SJH is finally getting the recognition she deserves. It’s about time that her brilliance does not get unnoticed.  
She is definitely the total package: beauty, talent, intelligence, personality.

What more can SSH ask for.

Even Lee Ji-hoon as the supporting actor didn't get the nominee. He played as Jung Jae-hyuk was best.

But strangely there was SNE's name as nominee for the supporting actress, but she didn't win. 

Hmm ... 

 

BTW I saw Ko kyu-pil (as Park PD in DM) played in other drama. His name as the supporting actor nominee. There his acting was good but didn't get the award too

She won last Top Excellence for weekend drama last year and had to present this year.

Dinners mate is the only MBC drama I watched this year, so it's hard for me to say about other nominees.  But it seems our drama is a little ignored.

I think it’s more likely MBC treated the DM cast quite unfairly I feel - low key marketing. Very disappointed with MBC considering they have done badly this year & to not support the actors who took on dramas produced by MBC this year 2020.
