"The Great Show" star guested in MBC's "Home Alone" ("I Live Alone") in 2020 and showed a glimpse of his life in Jeju Island, who at the time was also filming his drama, "Dinner Mate." 

 

The show featured how the actor starts his day-and that is by doing stretches and going for a jog with a scenic view of the island. 

He explained that skipping his morning exercise would make his "condition poor," so to avoid this; he at least tries to squeeze in a bit of exercise whenever he can, adding, "Even at home, I try to do a little exercise."

The actor revealed that quitting smoking is one of the "best things" that happened in his life.

"When I look at the people around me, it's obvious that there is a difference between people who smoke and people who don't. It seems like those who smoke age faster," he explained, sharing that he stopped smoking for over 15 years now.

tvN's new drama 'Adamas (working title)' has confirmed the casting of Ji-sung, Seo Ji-hye, and Lee Soo-kyung, and is announcing a full-fledged start. 

In the second half of this year, tvN's new drama 'Adamas (working title)' (played by Choi Tae-kang/directed by Park Seung-woo/produced by Studio Dragon, Mace Entertainment) is a twin who fights against the great evil hidden behind the truth of the incident 22 years ago in order to clear the frame of the father who killed his stepfather. It is a work that depicts the story of brothers. 

In the play, two men born as twin brothers face the shocking fact that the culprit who killed their stepfather, who was murdered as a child, is their biological father. However, after learning that his biological father, who was sentenced to death, was framed, he conceals it and delves into the enormous power he has buried to pursue the truth
 

 

First of all, Ji-seong, the undisputed pronoun of an actor who believes and sees, plays two roles as twin brothers. Ji-sung is a best-selling mystery novel writer Hau-shin and Song Su-hyeon, a prosecutor in the special division of the Central District Prosecutors' Office, and two brothers who are caught up in a tumultuous fate with an impactful expression. 

In addition, Ha Woo-shin and Song Soo-hyun are brothers who have lived with the same face, but their personalities and the way they solve problems are completely different. Even in the same case where their father has to be framed, each approaches them from a different point of view. In this regard, solid acting skills are basic for each character, and as he has made viewers enthusiastic by adding charm, expectations are already rising for the two roles that Ji Sung will show this time.

Lee Soo-kyung was chosen to play the role of Kim Seo-hee, a reporter from the social affairs department of TNN, who hid a secret she couldn't tell from her twin brothers. Kim Seo-hee, a righteous, passionate reporter who catches people with a smiley face, is a person who runs for social justice. Kim Seo-hee, who is usually threatened with accusations because she can't stand injustice and writes articles, has a hidden reason for pursuing justice. In particular, attention is focused on the acting that Lee Soo-kyung will portray as to what the secret is closely connected with the twin brothers. 

Here, director Park Seung-woo, who received favorable reviews for his fresh and sensuous directing with the drama 'Kairos', grabbed a megaphone and foretold the birth of another well-made genre. In addition, writer Taekang Choi's writing skills, who will re-establish a new meaning of good and evil in an era when the value of justice has collapsed, and tell the story in an exciting way, adds to the credibility.
