Is there anyway to audition by e-mail? It says it needs to be done by letter but then it's so expensive from here to U.S.A! I'm not rich~

so...i sent them an e-mail last wednesday with pictures asking for the other e-mail i could send my stuff to...and they haven't replied. i called them and left a message and didn't get a reply. should i send the e-mail/call back again? or should i just go ahead and mail my stuff without introductory e-mails, etc.? i'm iffy about mail sending because i'm afraid they're not gonna get it. has anyone successfully mailed them their demo in the past year?

Sorry for not replying on this... Especially answering the questions... ^^

how long did their reply you when you send them like asking for the audition?

It didn't take that long for them to reply... I think it was in two or three days that they replied to my question.

wow, they actually responded back to you? what a miracle. please do update us on any more responses! :)

Okay, I will try(:

I didn't really reply to their reply lol

how long does it usually take for Brosent to reply to your email?

For me, it didn't take them that long to reply.

I guess it depends on the situation at hand?

has anyone begged for a second chance? did it work?

I sent an audition but I regret sending it because i know i can do better.

i fail at life...

Aww! Don't say that!

I'm still not sure if they actually do email auditions... It's quite confusing.

They should tell us about it. I don't think that doing an audition is such a good idea. I rather that they have a regular face-to-face audition (Like Pledis or SM).

btw they mentioned that their spam filters delete emails at times. It's just best to send your demo/video/application using US Mail.

Here is this address if you wanted it:

Brothers Entertainment

P.O. Box 176

Temple Hills, MD 20757 U.S.A

Also, they'd be happy to take introductions through email.

Not sure because at the website they only mention vocals and rapping.

Hmm(: I guess you can try... They did say to show your talents.

its extremely convenient for those who live in the US, but i think it'll be okay if you audition, even if you live far away.

soo.. do they only accept korean and half koreans?

they prefer koreans and half koreans, they dont discriminate, they just 'prefer'.

I think I remember reading that you could do it as a group, but each of you have to submit your own applications, but I'm not quite positive about that.

For Brothers Entertainment can you do email auditions? there's no info about email auditions in the site. only mail auditions.

On their site, they say that most audition email usually gets deleted because it goes through their spam filter system, but you can email them with an introduction about yourself and questions about your wanting to audition through email. They'll give you an address that has the ability to hold your audition email.

The email you should used is found at the bottom of the page.

audition@brosent.com

Hope this helps. :)

EDIT:

Gosh, i didn't realize this was my sister's account. I though I was logged onto mine, so please excuse my mistake.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but do you have to be Korean to audition for Brothers Entertainment? I looked over the audition form and it asks you for a Korean name...but if you're not Korean, you won't have one :D

yeah you have to be at least half korean, not to discourage you, but its the truth. they dont write on their website that they only want koreans because they could get sued for that but bottom line, you have to be some type of korean cuz its to become a singer in korea. yeah there are some chinese singers in korea, but its usually chinese who grew up in korea and etc.
