However, the newly released stills from the drama’s next episode finally offer a glimpse of their upcoming emotional reunion. Separated by the prison bars, Han Soo sobs as he promises to save Eun Soo. I want to find out why is Eun Soo in prison.

Woo Do Hwan will reunite with his sister in an unexpected place in the upcoming episode of “Joseon Attorney.”

 

MBC’s “Joseon Attorney” is a drama starring Woo Do Hwan as Kang Han Soo, an oejibu (an attorney in the Joseon dynasty) who seeks to avenge the death of his parents through a trial. WJSN’s Bona stars as idealistic princess Lee Yeon Joo, who also seeks to avenge her father using the law, while VIXX‘s Cha Hak Yeon (N) plays her fiancé Yoo Ji Seon, the Joseon-era equivalent of their city’s mayor.

At the end of last week’s episode of “Joseon Attorney,” Han Soo almost ran into his younger sister Eun Soo (Han So Eun) when he visited a bar but because Eun Soo was hiding her face, the meeting between the two eventually fell through.

 

However, the newly released stills from the drama’s next episode finally offer a glimpse of Han Soo and Eun Soo’s upcoming emotional reunion. Upon seeing his younger sister locked up in a prison — a place he couldn’t have imagined — Han Soo is unable to hide his disbelief and devastation, while Eun Soo also falls into despair after seeing her brother cries buckets of tears.

Separated by the prison bars, Han Soo sobs as he promises to save Eun Soo. However, the process will not be smooth as the production team teased Han Soo’s struggles in the coming episode, making viewers curious as to what kind of crisis will Han Soo face.

 

The production team of “Joseon Attorney” further commented, “Han Soo gets in a state of confusion upon his sudden meeting with Eun Soo, before he immediately does all that he can to save her. Please stay tuned to find out why is Eun Soo in prison as more exciting development will be unveiled after the two siblings meet.”

 

The next episode of “Joseon Attorney” will air on May 12 at 9:50 p.m. KST!

Jason Kim’s new action flick ‘Bloodhounds’ to open in June on Netflix

 

Director Jason Kim’s new action flick “Bloodhounds” will open exclusively on Netflix on June 9, the global streaming platform said Friday.

 

Kim, who was behind the hit comedy film “Midnight Runners” (2017), is making a swift return just months after the release of his latest project “My Heart Puppy,” which premiered in theaters in March.

 

“Bloodhounds” revolves around two young boxers named Gun-woo and Woo-jin who band together with a benevolent moneylender to take down a ruthless loan shark who preys on the financially desperate, following an unfortunate incident involving Geon Woo's mother.

 

In the main poster unveiled Friday, Woo Do-hwan and Lee Sang-yi play Gun-woo and Woo-jin, respectively. The two play bold and brave characters who fight against an evil force in a cruel world by becoming “hounds."

 

Hearttrob Woo of the 2020 drama “The King: Eternal Monarch” and Lee of the 2021 drama “Hometown Cha Cha Cha” are expected to showcase powerful action scenes in Kim’s signature buddy chemistry film. Actors Park Sung-woong and Huh Joon-ho also star.

Watch: Former Boxing Rivals Woo Do Hwan And Lee Sang Yi Team Up To Catch Loan Sharks In “Bloodhounds” Teasers

 

Netflix’s upcoming series “Bloodhounds” has unveiled its main poster and first teaser!

 

Based on the webtoon of the same name, “Bloodhounds” is an action noir about two young people who step into the world of loan sharks in pursuit of money and get caught up in a web of much darker forces.

 

Woo Do Hwan stars as Gun Woo, who enters the world of loan sharks to pay off his debts. He was once a promising boxer who won the Rookie of the Year award, but after meeting Mr. Choi (Heo Joon Ho), he becomes a bodyguard. Lee Sang Yi will take on the role of Woo Jin, who ends up working with Gun Woo. Park Sung Woong will play Myeong Gil, a vicious loan shark driven solely by money who will get into a tense conflict with Mr. Choi.

 

Gun Woo and Woo Jin first meet as boxing rivals, but quickly become close after bonding over their shared passion for boxing and experience in the marines. Due to an unfortunate incident involving Gun Woo’s mom, the two astonishingly brave and righteous friends become hunting dogs who chase down loan sharks.

The drama’s dramatic main poster emphasizes Gun Woo and Woo Jin’s fiery determination as the prepare to confront huge forces in the cruel world of loan sharks with merely their fists. On the poster it states, “‘Bloodhounds’ who catch loan sharks. We bite off until the end.”

The action-packed teaser features a look into Gun Woo and Woo Jin’s impressive boxing careers, which become a great help in their eventual fight against loan sharks. After they take down a big group of guys and sustain only a couple cuts and bruises in the process, someone explains to Mr. Choi, “Those kids are no joke. They took down 30 men.”

 

When Gun Woo asks Woo Jin if money is important to him, Woo Jin casually answers, “What could be more important than money?” Later, Myeong Gil visits Gun Woo and his mother and calmly tells them to repay their loan. Gun Woo replies, “Compensate us for our store first.”

 

As someone cries out “Kill them!” a wild sequence of action scenes begins. Catch the jam-packed teaser below!

 

 

 

Netflix’s “Bloodhounds,” which was written and helmed by director Kim Joo Hwan of “Midnight Runners” and “The Divine Fury,” is scheduled to premiere on June 9.

*** “Bloodhounds” was originally planned to feature Kim Sae-ron, but she dropped out of filming in May last year when she was caught drunk driving. Only a portion of the recorded footage with her will be included. She was not featured in the released trailer.   :sweet:

*** I'm happy that Woo Do-Hwan has another upcoming drama right after "Joseon Attorney", which is still currently airing. I'm into the plot of "Bloodhounds", which consists of abs, sweats, muscles, a little bit of blood, wet hairs, and more abs ..... LOL - I can’t wait.    :wut:
