The actors of SBS’s “The King: Eternal Monarch” have gathered for a reunion!

On November 8, Lee Min Ho shared two photos on his Instagram with the caption, “Let’s toast to your head.” The photos show Lee Min Ho, Woo Do Hwan, Kim Go Eun, Kim Kyung Nam, Jung Eun Chae, and Kim Yong Ji enjoying a meal with drinks. In one image, Lee Min Ho and Woo Do Hwan are each holding a glass to Woo Do Hwan’s head. Kim Go Eun appears to have taken the two pictures.

Woo Do Hwan is currently serving in the military, so it seems likely that the actors have reunited to see Woo Do Hwan during his military leave. Woo Do Hwan commented on Lee Min Ho’s post, “It’s a good head to toast to.”

Kim Go Eun shared the same images on her own Instagram account and wrote in the caption, “‘The King’ after a long time” with a heart emoji.

“The King: Eternal Monarch,” which aired earlier this year, tells the story of Emperor Lee Gon (Lee Min Ho) and detective Jung Tae Eul (Kim Go Eun). The two live in parallel universes, one where Korea is a constitutional monarchy and one that is similar to the modern-day republic.

There are 4 Woo Do Hwan K-Dramas that you can also enjoy while he is in military service

It is very common that when an actor achieves stardom, all the roles he did before becoming famous come to light. This is the case of the talented Woo Do Hwan who was part of the cast of the successful K-Drama The King: Eternal Monarch, starring the Hallyu star Lee Min Ho.

Fans of actor Woo Do Hwan live a sad moment after the star joined the 15th Infantry Division of the South Korean Army in July to fulfill his mandatory military service in his country.

The talented 28-year-old actor stood out in 2020 alongside Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun in the K-drama  "The King: Eternal Monarch," where he played a double role as Eun Seob and Jo Young , for which he received excellent marks from critics.

If you already saw his latest work on The King: The Eternal Monarch and were wanting to see more, here we show you 4 K-Dramas in which Woo Do Hwan also appears in prominent roles:

1. Save Me (2017)

The K-Drama tells the story of Im Sang-mi and her family when they move from Seoul to Muji-gun, a suburban city that is dominated by a religious cult called Goseonwon, which is apparently peaceful, but as the plot unfolds the violence it hides will be revealed.

2. Mad Dog (2017)

The drama focuses on fraud cases around life insurance, featuring Choi Kang who works for insurance companies along with his investigation team.

3- The Great Seducer (2018)

Also known as Tempted, it tells the story of Kwon Shi Hyun, a rich and handsome boy who only looks for women he likes to play with. His plan was to play a game of revenge and not have anything serious with Eun Tae Hee, but love hits him and he begins to realize that she is exactly what he needs in his life.

4. My Country (2019)

It develops during the end of the Goryeo period to the early Joseon period. Two friends point their swords at each other due to differences of opinion about their country.

LEE MIN HO AND COMPANY REUNITE WITH WOO DO HWAN

Lee Min Ho and the cast of The King: Eternal Monarch got together for dinner.

Lee Min Ho shows the great friendship he has with the cast of “The King: Eternal Monarch” and they meet again with Woo Do Hwan.

In 2020, Korean entertainment continued with Netflix's collaboration to launch original dramas, the actor starred in one of the most anticipated series after his return from military service. The story garnered a large number of viewers and it seems that it also forged a close bond between the cast, who decided to take the opportunity to meet up with Woo Do Hwan.

Through his personal Instagram account, Lee Min Ho shared a couple of photos with the caption "Cheers to your head", demonstrating his great friendship with his fellow actors. The dinner was attended by Woo Do Hwan, Kim Go Eun , Kim Kyung Nam, Jung Eun Chae, and Kim Yong Ji.

The “Goblin” actress did not appear in the photos, only in a selfie that she took from the mirror with the entire group of friends, but she shared Lee Min Ho's posts on her own social network account. The entire cast wore very homey outfits, as if it was a dinner at home with some friendly chat.

Weeks ago, actor Woo Do Hwan had to start his mandatory military service, as he enlisted in the army and has been off the spotlight ever since, so Lee Min Ho and the Korean drama cast decided to have a dinner all together to take advantage of the actor's vacation days.

Apparently, the meeting could have been a reason to celebrate his service in the army, as Lee Min Ho wrote "cheers to your head," while the actor appears shaved and with a drink beside his head. LOL.

10 Korean Actors Who Made Viewers’ Hearts Flutter With Second Lead Syndrome In 2020 Korean Dramas

2020 Korean dramas have gifted quite a lively batch of characters which induced second lead syndrome.

Definitely a treat for true fans who understand that their hearts have been expandable to accommodate the two-actor structure of K-Dramas in the recent years. While some gifted us some serious heart-flutters in the 2020 Korean dramas they starred in, others endeared with supporting bromance. Here are K-Drama second male leads we’d love to confess “oppa saranghae” this year!

Best of real and imaginary worlds with Woo Do Hwan

Portraying two roles in The King Eternal Monarch, Woo Do Hwan made us feel like a princess all willing to receive his protection as Jo Eun Seop. His sunny character Jo Young in the mean time provide a boyfriend material who will always give us comfort.
