I belong to the camp where Appa Kim definitely reads and likes comments deliberately, not randomly. I do not think he likes all comments, but it is clear to me he likes comments that he feels are harmless to like.

 

I trust he is someone intelligent and nothing is lost in translation with those comments by fans. His use of social media probably far outcry my own limited knowledge. Whose personal IG accounts of ours have more than 2000 comments in one post and more than 13,000 likes?? His daughter is a popular actress, he is an educated and IG-savvy man - why would he not know what the world is buzzing about? He is the man that understood 'The Muse' storyline and deliberated & gave permission for KGE to work on that movie. He is open-minded and he has been there in every step of his daughter's journey. Why would he not know his daughter had to shy away from social media after Goblin? Heck, even now when she is all silent, he has decided to step in to post her in his IG.

 

In fact, I think he would have been reminded to be careful of what he posts, what comments he makes in public. All family members of any popular artiste would know not to reveal any private matters unnecessarily, right? Therefore, I conclude that Appa Kim knows what he is doing, he knows what comments he is 'liking' and he has liked comments that mentioned LMH!

This is Amazing !!! I am literally smiling ear to ear as these are exactly my thoughts and wanted to make a post later when I saw the tweet in the morning due to my pressing RL but am glad you saved my time @AquariusMY..High Five and Thank you!!

 

What Appa Kim did is really HUGE in my perspective!! I agree he is pretty smart and tech -savvy to not know what he is liking..like LMH  who posts random pics after dropping a bomb, appa Kim might throw likes to more comments to made it look random (Perfect FIL - SIL combo trolling us)..For a person who constantly monitors social media, it is impossible to not notice the MinEun contents and what the world is wishing for his daughter and be naive about it… If he wished he could have completely ignored LMH related stuffs like KGE is doing and kept it under the radar…so he definitely knows whats going on and he is definitely supporting his daughter all the way!

 

All the men in KGE's life are very supportive and very protective , her appa, her oppa and her sunbae turned oppa.. Sigh..their family picture will be one hell of a sight to see <3

How do you let your soulmate go, sacrificing himself to right what has been wronged?
How do you try very hard to put a smile on a face that will forget you?
How do you put a brave and calm face when your heart is ready to shatter to pieces?

After all of the trials that life has thrown at us, can we just for once, be selfish? 
Can we put ourselves before others?
 

 

Finally I watched that goodbye scene again(so far I had skipped this part during rewatch. Since it’s too raw for me). Sigh...I thought my heart would survive unscathed. I was wrong. My breath was still caught in my throat. And I cried still. The script was spot on capturing the vulnerabilities and the bravery of two true leaders to carry on their responsibilities no matter what. Despite it would destroy what they valued the most, their love of each other, their chance to be together, their everything.
They’re the true King and Queen indeed. Both LMH and KGE were immersed so thoroughly during this scene. It might be the most powerful moments throughout the drama in my opinion. Emotionally exhaustive to experience by both actors I guess. For me as well to watch.

 

Finally I managed to write this down. Hopefully after this, it will be easier for me to re-watch this scene again.
