If the LMH-KGE's dating rumours were totally false, i think international fans' comments greeting KGE a happy bday on LMH's ig would suffice for them to put out the rumours (to stop them from spreading even further in the first place), just like Taylor Swift's case.

So my deliberate take is, instead to deny the rumours, i think the management would need a lot more 'urgencies' in order for them to release a confirmation regarding LMH-KGE's relationship.

I had been wondering about this as well. We had so many fans commenting on his IG and possibly even MYM's IG on linking LMH and KGE together, yet there's no news to denying any of these claims. There's lots of international and SK rumors going around, and it seems there's even some delusional shippers who would go above and beyond to personally message managers and staffs about it, yet still no denial. It's very suspicious to say the least.

@Miadee Hope this answers your question already  I've based it on the apps Instagram and Instasize...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So the 2nd photo that may look like a landscape photo, isn't really landscape based on Instasize automatic resize...it can only automatically adapt to having borders on both sides if it is on portrait mode (Instasize).

 

And why does it look like landscape in Instagram? its because Instagram automatically cuts the photo so it would accommodate the first photo orientation which Is landscape. Instasize cannot make those 0.2 cm borders if the photo isn't portrait.  

 

You were saying before that KGE does  Vertical/Portrait photos for her posts having borders of  0.2 cm and her landscape photos dont have these? by default, instasize cannot do this but only to portrait photos (0.2 cm border) ...

 

With regards to Kk Beom, he  only started using this instasize feature 4 days ago, but all his other photos prior to this didn't have these instasize photos such as July 2/3, June 22.... KKBeom only used instagram crop border feature for these photos which is  automatic when you upload photos in instagram when you press the crop feature)

 

so based on instasize and instagram default settings, the second photo on Lee Min Ho Instagram is indeed a Portrait/vertical photo (which is used by kge on her vertical photo's) with borders on the side... hope this helps!  
 

disclaimer: kge may not have taken the photos but the style of 2nd photo is just like kge’s style  of her recent portrait photos  (with the vertical photo and borders on left and right side)

@carriekllo Yes, I agree it’s a personal pic too especially if it didn’t appear in the essay book / ost album thing... it might still be for promotion of the drama then but have a special meaning for the couple. 
 

8 May (the date this sunset pic was posted) was also the first time KGE posted a pic/ looping gif of just two of them together too. Might also have been for promotion but I truly believe that the both of them have moved beyond that right now. 

With regards to the agencies denying their relationship, it can be either of 2 things in my opinion... 1) they still want people to love TKEM and their chemistry and nothing sells a drama better than super ML/FL chemistry so they can keep quiet for now.. and maybe the next 3-6 mths since both of them are single (even if it’s not true) 2) it’s really true that they are a couple but no confirmation so as to let them date more privately...I believe it’s the latter tho

I am not experienced in kdramas to be able to logically understand the dynamics of how rumours and agencies work. But I believe it should not be any different in any other societies. If a rumour is spread and especially if spreading like wildfire as if it is the truth, I am sure agencies will step in to put out the fire and dispel the rumours. Standard operating procedure, right?

 

Now, I think the speculations and news of LMH and KGE would have reached the ears of the subjects themselves and their agencies. I mean, I strongly believe LMH and KGE have PR teams solely to monitor their social statuses. 

 

Heck, LMH's own IG has been flooded with comments within minutes and hours each time he posted those epic pictures of him and KGE, as well as that famous 2nd July cryptic post. These comments are wishing him with KGE, wishing KGE happy birthday, etc! No denials, no comments from them. I mean, if I am LMH or KGE, and I know the conclusions jumped by netizens, wouldn't I want to clarify the rumours? Only possible reasons:

1. Their silence means quiet acknowledgement of the rumours. Indirect agreement of the truth.

2. They must be really close friends to laugh about the rumours and agreed no need to do anything about it.

 

I choose to believe the answer is 1 above.

Yes, I don’t think BH & MYM will give any official announcement until the lovely birds’ dating photos be taken (some “solid” evidence). Many celebrities they would date secretly (who didn’t want more privacy) & wouldn’t accept it until being caught by paparazzi’s camera that they were having coffee/traveling/entering the same apartment together...

When i tried InFrame i could see that the 2nd pic have the same four corner borders as kge other photos though..and most lmh sample photo doesn't have them..only beach photo and 2nd photo.

 

I wanted to try taking sample photos and use some photos editing app for insta photos and upload and see the differences but nah..I'll be having borders nightmare

Hi Miadee

 

Try the instasize (I just based this app as recommended by  the Weibo eagle eyed analysts, the ones analyzing 6 photos)

 

1) you have to use a  Portrait orientation Photo from camera (iPhone) this will not work with a landscape photo or a square photo (since there's no need for resizing)

2) Click on "IG FULL" settings on the bottom 

3) then you will get the two borders on the sides.....because a portrait photo for it to be an "instagram square fit" so you need the IG FULL settings. So to compensate a portrait photo (for its length)  it needs to have two borders on both sides Left and Right (to compensate on the width, which you can see on KGE photos).

 

For example:

say you have a photo that is: 14 inches (H) by 12inches (W)

you need to put borders on both sides 1 inch on the R part

and 1 inch on L side for it to be 14 inches

 

for it to be instagram square fit which is 14.4 in x 14.4 in or 1080 pixelsx1080 pixels

 

4) take this Instasize photo on instagram, try to upload three photos in succession. make sure first photo is a landscape photo and the "instasized portrait photo" on second photo and a landscape photo on the third one

 

5) you will see that your second photo once posted, the top and bottom bit will be automatically cut by instagram to produce a look that is landscape....

 

6) so now the instasized photo is already in landscape (because it goes in accordance to the first photo which is landscape) but still having the "instasized" borders (on left and right side)  in place. you cant have an instasized border on top and bottom with a landscape photo, hence it is a vertical/portrait photo (left and right borders)

I was laughing alone from ear to ear reading your post. Good for me hadn't reached to the point like you my friend, since this is my daily routine like my vits before going to sleep I had to checked new posts and keep on jumping here and there that makes me in a whirlwind state inspite of my ahjuma vision not to mention the soompi background just not to missed  out good news of our MinEun couple. Like old folk says, "Let the silence make the noise" and that they understand well that fans/shippers have not yet ready to move on the undeniably on/off chemistry of LMH&KGE esp to those new comer. Funny, I haven't reached the stage of dreaming about LMH & KGE. But I admit going to sleep at night thinking of them, conjuring imaginary conversations between them, and waking up in the morning wondering if those conversations and scenes were true or imagined. I guess it is equally as bad as dreaming of them 

 

Since we have no news of them, for research purposes, how do LMH and KGE prep themselves for each of those emotional scenes? In the ones I remember watching, they seemed to be having fun at the King's rescue scene, the running to each other to hug scene in the forest, the reunion at the hospital scene, etc. In all these, the both of them seemed happy during rehearsals. If so, how do they switch emotions so easily to cry?

I just want to write my thoughts here after being a fangirl in this korean entertainment industry for 11 years.

 

The last time I came back on this thread is such a long time ago.. So grateful to see more people supporting these two cuties.

 

I really love Lee Minho..

He is definitely the cutest actor for me. He never disappoint his fan with any scandals. What I like about him the most is his attitude. He's always like this since he was born I guess lol. You will love him if you read his interview... his answer is always sincere, mature, serious and sophisticated. His answer is getting better and better every year. And not like other celebrities, he is what he answers in the interview not only about his favorite food or just ordinary questions but his love life as well. 

 

I've been watching kdrama for 11 years and ship 7 couples. 3 couples caught dating together (With pictures!) but I dont ship DOTS cuz I didn't watch it till the end haha sorry. Yes this is my 7th ship ㅠㅠ

 

I've been his fan since BOF and I've never shipped him with his costar before. But don't get me wrong lol I'm not OIMC. (I just dont see any offcam chemistry lol)

I always want my beloved actors and artists to get married or dating. Cuz living in this industry is really hard.. they may look happy all the time but they aren't.. my favorite artists have to deal with this stressful and comments from knetizen.. it's not about the how long they have been in this industry... its not like they have been in this industry for 10 years so they can get over this. Some of them cant stand it anymore and .. yes they went to heaven .. So I really want them to have that one who can take care of my fav.

 

If you have watched him from BOF as well you know that he is always a gentleman since his debut days ( yes he's such a sweet) 

He always take a good care of his costar and staff. He is really funny, playful and friendly while doing an interview. 

BUT This time its different!

I can feel the genuine feelings like he really enjoys shooting in TKEM (I feel that hes really happy too) 

I think this is the first time I saw him being shy towards his costar... I mean he's always professional and have that filming manner (I dont' know the exact word for this sorry haha) Its like you have to stop everything you are doing when the director say cut!... It's quite normal for korean actor for doing this like manner hands (you can search and read about this) but if the actors are closed then its fine. So if they aren't dating or developing into something beautiful in the future, Im sure that she will be his last long friend like Dohwan who was introduced to his BFF squad.

 

He is always really professional when it comes to kissing scenes (deep kissing or just a single lip kiss). After the director say cut he can look at his costar right away without any shyness or excitement. Just continue to discuss the angle, position and so on. But in TKEM I saw that he's definitely nervous even it's just a peck lol. He even laughed to cover his shyness and sit like that (forgive my dirty mind) for beheading neck kiss.

 

I think he's really adore her as an actress. Usually actors in korean don't watch drama (Yes they don't. They will watch it when they wanna get to know or study their co star acting style.) They normally watch movies. So I think he watch Goblin when he knew that she is his leading. 

I start to be her fan when I watch Goblin as well cuz I can't resist her charm and eye smile in Goblin.  

 

About that Birthday IG post I think its really lovestragram but I dont think he post it to announce his relationship. 

He is quite a private person when its come to his private life. And he said it himself that "He wont reveal his relationship although there will be many wishes. He still have to deal with unnecessary negative problem." 

 

Then Why he posted photo with her? Cuz they work together! So he got an excuse to post it. (yes im serious hahaha its about an "excuse") and for me its not for promotion... if its for a promotion he should write a caption like hers lol or just put #TheKingEtetnalMonarch. For me its just like his lifestyle lol I don't know how to explain. 

 

That Birthday post. Its just you know the things you do when you're in love. These little small details like frame ... the thing that he and she only know the real meaning. There are some actors and artists having this lovestragram but we have no idea about it until dispatch come and expose that they are dating. After that the netizen looked at their IG and then realized They were having their lovestragram all along... but this time we already know that these two are closed in TKEM and we are shipper so lol. 

 

But I have to say that some of comments are too much... And I think he didn't aware that the comments will be that far lol. I mean other ship would stay lowkey even BinJin. But I guess TKEM has attracted a lot of people who never watch kdrama before which is SO COOL!

On other ship I was sailing (haha) they even ask others to stop commenting on their IG post or tagging them. Its just how it goes in this kindustry.

I have a lots of korean friends when I went to study as an exchange student. Its kinda like their culture. They are very protective of their privacy. One of my korean unnie asked me "Why some of the shippers go and comment that on his IG? I dont think it's appropriate" and some korean shipper on Twitter also agree with that as well. I mean yes you can support these two together but the best thing is staying low key... 

 

And FYI Dating news in Korean is considered to be a scandal. Its not help to gain rating in the show or anything thing. Actually dating scandal damage the CF contact and so on... (only few couples give a great feedback after exposed by the media) 

If they are dating, they won't announce it til the day they will get married. You will never get the confirmed or denying statements from their agency  if the media don't caught them dating or write anything about them. 

So this is the reason why their agency neither MYM nor BH will say anything about that IG post. Because the korean media haven't write anything about them dating yet. They don't have the reason to take action for that IG post.

 

But I dont want them to get caught by dispatch or any media. Why? 

Do you know that there are a lot of couples breaking up after the news broke and attacked by knetizen? 

(These knetizen they are crazy I HATE THEM!)

Have you ever read the comments from knetizen when the actors confirmed to star in TKEM?  

(They are just disgusting...)

Now there are more knetizens who support these two cuties than before. But If they were really dating and the news broke... sometime you will have no idea where those negative comments came from.
