This is exhausting. It’s like TKEM and ratings all over again. 
 

We all know kge is a great actress. No argument in that. 

In the poster’s defense, I can understand where she is coming from. I most definitely would not have approached it the way she did but I can still understand where she’s coming from. To be fair, I have read a substantial amount of comments about how lmh is only good at acting because he is playing opposite of kge, comments discrediting his talents. Sure, I think they are amazing as a duo but c’mon, there’s a reason why he is where he is today and no matter how much I support them together, I hate to see anyone say she is the reason why he is good at acting. It’s quite disappointing to read because I have followed him for years and know how hard he works to become a better actor. Let’s not say he doesn’t care about his craft because it’s completely and entirely false. I won’t hold anyone accountable for saying they weren’t into his acting before but please understand that that is your opinion and Minoz are his fans for a reason and it’s most definitely not only because of his looks. He could not have shot to stardom and stayed this long with zero talent. 
 

I understand you’re upset that this poster is saying kge cannot act and I am upset too. I think that’s far from the truth. But this is the one time I’ll say these comments are greatly skewed towards lmh and to be honest, a lot of them come from kge fans. What I’m saying is, if you are upset then I hope you can understand why some minoz are upset too. 

Like I said, I don’t usually engage in anything negative but I hope I can offer some clarity. There are minoz who don’t support this ship because they don’t like the way he is treated by shippers, there are minoz who don’t support this ship because they are afraid of the backlash he will receive if these two don’t end up dating (we have lived it before when he started dating xfactor and don’t wish to live it again), and there are minoz who don’t support this ship because they would rather wait for him to confirm. It doesn’t necessarily mean if they don’t support, they are OIM. They have a reason. OIM, let’s say I don’t consider are true Minoz because they won’t be around to support him when he starts dating or when he gets married. Anyone who engages in bashing kge, I don’t consider are true minoz. We would never call ourselves minoz and go around speaking badly of others because it’ll look bad on lmh. Those are just fake fans who are immature and probably still too young to know any better. They’re going to keep going at it so the best thing we can do is ignore them.

Sorry to cut your post but I really agree with this. I know there are people against shipping in general and I just want to point out it is okay to disagree with shipping as long as both sides (nonshippers and shippers) are not being toxic and rude to each other about it. Both shippers and nonshippers should respect each other's decisions on how to support their celebs as long as it's respectful to each other. Also as said, not all nonshippers are OIM. Some nonshippers have valid reasons to not support ships. I know KGE fans have that. I'm very sure LMH also have fans like that. It is best to not engage with these fights as @Heretorant has point out. It's fine to have calm discussions over it, but if it turns rude or disrespectful, I would suggest to disengage. We want it to be a positive atmosphere where we can still listen to both sides and not be ignorant of things that are going on in the fandom.

For me at least, I think it’s important for everyone on all opinions to remember that two humans are at the center of all of the fun and spec and drama and arguments, and if you have ever called yourself a fan, their safety and happiness is the priority.  They owe us absolutely nothing, and it genuinely is bizarre to me when someone who isn’t a fan turns into an anti.  So many other things to take part in, to enjoy, and they honestly need to get a life.  We’re all gonna die within the next 100 years, go do something fun. 
 

Fan wars are freaking WEIRD.  Why stress out so much over something that genuinely RickRoll'D you off?  I hate watch TV shows a lot, but the second I find them boring, then it’s time to officially turn it off.  When the fun’s gone, it’s time to go.  Anyone who actively is out there saying negative things towards LMH/KGE...they seriously need to find a hobby.

Ive read somewhere that they used a body double for KGE in the movie but regardless its just a film and its natural and a reality that people who do the deed are 99% naked.

That's how I usually apply myself as well. I've dropped a lot of kdramas because I would find it boring, but I'm not going to sit there and keep complaining about it or talk badly about it. Instead I would just go find other fun things to do. I can say with 100% certainly last year I've only completed 2 kdramas and I dropped 1 of them. It's the same with other things as well. Life is too short to feel stressful over something like this. If you ladies and gent weren't so entertaining and positive, I would've left so long ago.

Actually what’s upsetting is, it leads to both fans downgrading each of them and it won’t stop, like what happened in Twitter now...surely not everyone will agree to one’s opinion and saying sthg like those tweets will make it worse..I never expect shipping can get fans intimidated and annoyed to this extent (this is my first time in seriously shipping a couple), so I’m quite shocked reading sthg like that...while in this thread I only feel positive vibes among both fandoms..yeah, best to ignore Twitter land for now...thank you for all your thoughts about this @Heretorant you truly a Jjang Minoz

LMH mentioned something about balance in one of the interviews after his MS. Only the character of a KGE can provide that balance that LMH is seeking. I can certainly appreciate why he is so damn serious about her. Because that kind of woman is rare! He has worked with so many ladies in her 14 year career and we can safely say that he's somehow seen a wide spectrum of personalities in his life, notwithstanding the previous relationships, known and unknown to public.  The breadth, depth and strength of her character is truly exceptional. May their love last forever

i love the word you used. Aberration. It was a double edge sword for KGE also. She did impressed the most important people in her industry. And also exposed herself to the rest of the world. But she will never be stereotyped after that because she already conquered the hardest role for an artist to do! 
 

amazed when you also added that she Finished her degree AFTER her movie. This corroborate that she did not went for that role just to get famous hastily! And I would love to hear KGE’s insights at that moment when she decided to halt her race to be the best. About the difficult conversation... huhu this is so hard to most people. And that was so great of a person she is now and became at that time. She always say she was shy but she did the leap anyway to act on that difficult character. Very solid personality for me at that age. I strongly believe and always think KGE to be a very intelligent person. Like literally has good grades and good attendance in classes. Hahahahah. 
 

PS: i read somewhere a bit of director’s input about the movie eungyo he made. He said that it is a love story about a man who thought that he could not find love anymore at his age. And i love that thought because i believe that in our life as long as we are still breathing no matter what phase we are in, we could always change and do whatever we want to do finally. Anybody can do that leap in thier lives. And the movie represented that leap. He fell in love and actually felt younger. It may have repurcussions with it but he finally fell in love. And it was real. And the director added that he actually casted a younger actor than what the age of the said character was. Because he said it would represent the real feeling of a younger man. If they could just see the artistry in it and actually explore the OTHER characters in the movie other than KGE’s character. 
 

also LMH is a very courageuos man. I know he may have already leaped! And dating her! Hahahahah! They are so like for each other!
