It could either be the same person as the shadow in front of LMH or another person. Since we have different light sources, a person can produce many shadows pointing in different directions with different darkness. That shadow is darker so it's closer to the person casting that shadow.

There are two shadows in picture 3. LMH's shadow by the railing at his back and the shadow facing him is tte photographer's shadow. 

 

If that shadow facing him is his, then it should've faced outward like facing the street and NOT in front of him. 

 

Hmmmm whoever that is still doesn't change the fact of how significant this day is to be the next day he posts on his IG. He has been quiet for tte past days... Why now? Waeeee? Lol lol lol

There's definitely more than 1 person with him. The person on the bike may be KGE and the person taking that photo is someone else. There's still a likelihood KGE took the 2nd photo with the borders. He was looking at the person taking that photo and we can only see LMH's shadow in that one.

Lee Min Ho won’t let me rest in peace. All day yesterday, I spent 18 hours on my phone in this thread and now I wake up after a restless night (only 4 hours of sleep) to this! 

Take it from a photographer. The shadow you see is the person taking the photo from the back side view. Look at the posture closely and you’ll notice they are probably holding up a camera/phone (anything). 

If you’re wondering why the shadow shows up in front of him when the photographer is clearly in back of him, just trust me , it’s possible. Since we’re all used to this, plot the position of lmh and kge  on an (x,y) graph. Lmh is (0, 4) and kge is (4,0). Her shadow shows up to the right of him but is lower than him. She is further out on the x axis while he his further up on the y axis. Get it, got it? Good!
