s1ckness Posted July 19, 2020 Posted July 19, 2020 It's not ok to have depression or anxiety and you should pass over it as fast as possible. I agree that we should relax to prevent these mental disorders and not after they took control of it. A day when you're not in your best mood is a lost day because you're not as productive as you should be. You think about the bad, the negative and this is harmful. A simple upset can lead to depression if not treated, and depression can advance until it will make you go crazy. If I feel bad and I don't have time to relax, I take the best Anti-Depressant - Etizolam 2mg and everything passes. I don't allow myself losing a day because of a bad mood.
