I don't think so...I'm a foreigner (from California) and I'm able to vote.

I think it's best if you go do a full foreigner registration, whereby you'll have your acct activated after receiving a notification email from KBS: https://sso.kbs.co.kr/Join/Join_Permission_...art=F&u_ch=True

the one that you seem to be registering for looks like it's for those Korean residents who don't want to a KBS id/don't have a KBS id...it's like the quick/simple way of "registering" for them w/o obligations so they can vote just for this event.

actually the link that you gave was the one I registered for a few weeks ago. I registered as a foreigner living abroad and I received my confirmation letter from KBS already...I should read my confirmation letter very well...anyway thanks again!

Best Couple: HAN CHAE YOUNG & JAE HEE <They compliment each other nicely! They should get together in real life.

Best Drama: RESURRECTION < Very different from the other dramas aired this year. It was intense..I Loved it!

I get it now. actually I was able to vote for the best drama OST, best dresser and best supporting couple award...the poll for Netizen and Best Couple Awards were closed today at 6 Pm...too bad since a friend of mine taught me how to vote on those polls, it was closed already

2005 KBS연기대상 최우수연기상 남자 부문 4파전, 정지훈 최수종 김명민 김갑수!

오는 31일 생방송으로 진행되는 KBS ‘연기대상’에서 최우수연기상 남자 후보에 김갑수(고향역/해신/부활) 김명민(불멸의 이순신) 정지훈(이 죽일 놈의 사랑), 최수종(해신)이 올라 경합을 펼친다. 최우수연기상 여자 후보로는 중견탤런트 김해숙(별난여자 별난남자/장미빛 인생), 김희애(부모님전상서), 박선영(열여덟 스물아홉/슬픔이여안녕), 채시라(해신), 최진실(장밋빛 인생)이 올랐다.

이에 따라 최우상 후보 중 대상을 뽑게 되는 올해 연기대상은 김명민 최수종 최진실의 싸움으로 보인다. 하지만 이들 중 누가 연기대상을 수상할 지는 예측하기 어려운 상황이다.

KBS 일각에서는 최수종과 최진실이 경합을 펼칠 가능성이 높지만 김명민을 ‘다크호스’로 관측하는 시각도 적잖다.

이날 사회는 최우수연기상 후보에 오른 최수종을 비롯해 신인연기상 여자 후보에 오른 김아중과 만능엔터테이너 탁재훈이 공동으로 진행한다.

2005 KBS 연기대상에서는 최우수연기상, 우수연기상, 조연상, 신인연기상, 특집단막극상, 청소년연기상, 인기상, 베스트 커플상, 네티즌상, 작가상, 공로상, 특별상 등이 수상될 예정이다. 이중 베스트커플상은 네티즌 투표 40%, 전문가 집단 투표 30%, 기자단 투표 30%가 반영돼 결정된다.
