Plot

 

Outing it’s a story about a mother and her daughter who face the truth of a sudden tragedy.

Han Jung-Eun (Han Hye-Jin) has been married to Lee Woo-Cheol (Kim Tae-Hoon) for 14 years and they have a daughter. Lee Woo-Cheol works as a PD at a radio station. Han Jung-Eun is busy taking care of their family and also working, so her mother Choi Soon-Ok (Kim Mi-Kyung) comes to Seoul to help her. Suddenly, the family has a tragedy. Han Jung-Eun and her mother Choi Soon-Ok must face the truth from that day.

Actors Kim Tae-hoon and Han Hye-jin meet as a couple in the TVN  'Going Out' (play drama Ryubori, director Jang Jeong).

 

As a result of covering Star News on the afternoon of the 27th, Kim Tae-woo and Han Hye-jin were cast as the main characters for 'go out' scheduled to be organized this year.

'Go Out' is a story of Working Mom and his family who have lived through the world. It covers episodes of a mother, daughter, and family who faced the truth after a sudden tragedy.

Actress Han Hye Jin to make her onscreen comeback in upcoming drama 'Outing'

 

Actress Han Hye Jin is making her onscreen comeback after 2 years in the upcoming drama 'Outing'.

On March 27, reports revealed the actress was cast in the new tvN series about a sudden tragedy that a family, mother, and daughter face. Director Jang Jung Do, who was behind 'What's Wrong with Secretary Kim', will be taking the helm of the series, while Han Hye Jin is taking on the lead role.

This is Han Hye Jin's first drama since 'Hold Me Tight' in 2018. 'Outing' is expected to start filming this year.

Han Hye-Jin is cast for the lead role in tvN drama series “Going Out” (literal tilte). Also cast in supporting roles are Kim Mi-Kyung, Kim Tae-Hoon, Kim Jung-Hwa and Yoon So-Hee. For the drama series, Han Hye-Jin will play Han Jung-Eun. She is a mother and also works. Kim Mi-Kyung will play her mother Choi Soon-Ok and Kim Tae-Hoon will play her husband Lee Woo-Cheol.

“Going Out” first airs sometime this year in South Korea.

The cast of tvN’s “Outing” (literal title) has been finalized!

On March 27, it was revealed that actors Han Hye Jin, Kim Mi Kyung, Kim Tae Hoon, Kim Jung Hwa, and Yoon So Hee have been confirmed to appear in this upcoming drama.

“Outing” centers around a family that deals with a sudden tragedy. It’ll be a collaboration between director Jang Jung Do of “Dear My Room” and writer Ryu Bo Ri of “Everything and Nothing.”

Han Hye Jin will appear as Han Jung Eun, a working mom of 14 years. She finally gives birth to a child after 10 years of marriage and seeks to excel at home and at work. This is the actress’s first drama in two years since MBC’s “Hold Me Tight.” She has been residing in Spain and focusing on her family since her marriage to professional soccer player Ki Sung Yeung.

Kim Mi Kyung will portray Han Hye Jin’s onscreen mother Choi Soon Ok. She moves to Seoul in order to help her daughter by babysitting her granddaughter. Along with over 30 years of theater acting experience, the actress previously showcased her skills in tvN’s “The Cursed” and film “Kim Ji Young, Born 1982.”

Kim Tae Hoon will play Han Hye Jin’s onscreen husband and radio producing director Lee Woo Chul. This will be his second time working with Han Hye Jin after “Hold Me Tight.”

Han Hye Jin has all the support she could need for her latest drama!

On May 5, Han Hye Jin shared a series of photos to her personal Instagram account with the caption, “I had no idea. They arrived while we were filming for ‘Mothers’ and I’m so touched. Thank you.”

The photos show her standing in front of two coffee trucks. The first was sent by her husband Ki Sung Yueng, who is a professional soccer player currently playing for Real Club Deportivo Mallorca. His banners read, “My wife is ‘out,'” playing on the Korean title of the drama, and “To all the cast and crew of tvN’s ‘Mothers,’ I hope you will stay healthy, and good luck.”

The second coffee truck is from her brother-in-law and fellow actor Kim Kang Woo, who is married to her oldest sister. His banners read, “I pray for the success of ‘Mothers’ and our beautiful actress Han Hye Jin,” and “Please take good care of Han Hye Jin. I pray for the success of ‘Mothers’!”
