It's been sooooooo long since I posted here. I wasn't planning to post here again, but will break my rule this one time since it's a very very special occasion. It still feel surreal to me after almost 12 hours with  the dispatch news, then their agencies confirmation and SYJ post on IG. It's been a ride and I would like to thank all of the shippers here to support my delulu mind (not delulu anymore), and being supportive when we are on a drought. Thank you @cybertron for creating this thread. Of course THANK YOU BINJIN for keeping me sane in the year 2020. Yay! Finally, our dream comes true!! HUGS!!!

I had to get myself recollected because it happened when we least expected but in a way we all theorized . Im actually very happy that so far the reactions are all filled with happiness and joy for them , for all of us who have been here for awhile its been a roller coster of denials , misinformation for months and doubts . I admit YeJin surprised me with her post , I expected her to post in a year from today or something . 

 

I think she has seen the love we all have for them  , that majority of the people respect them both individually and they believe in their relationship as solid and a good sign. How many times you ve seen a confirmation of relationship perceived as a hopeful sign for the new year ? Yes some will judge , earth is round what else is new? 

 

For me YeJin since the Baeksangs Is shining in a different light . For someone who was admittedly afraid her personal life would shadow and damage her work because it was something she build for so long , coming out and giving not a letter as the SoKor idols do but posting flowers (her trademark) and humble and down to earth saying she is thankful she found a good person? That speaks volumes . Both YeJin and Huyn Bin are not after fame , they don't after the shining lights on their relationship . It's their thing . They have career , fame on their own . They don't do fanservice. 

 

Like we all theorize , in the awards they chose to respect their fellow coworkers , chose to be humble . They chose to thank their fans TOGETHER , which we all know it was out cue , YeJin went to a like spree giving her "cue" as a thanks to all of who loved them and supported them together. The burden of people judging them was out of the window and YeJin saw that people loved them together , not because of a drama , that fades . Because of THEM , together and individually. 

 

I have admitted that I lean on YeJin more , however I wouldn't be here if I didn't respect and admire HB , he is a reserved actor who is focused on his work . He doesn't speak much only what is needed. Everything negative about him comes from misinformation and fake news . We all know that. People pushed their agenda to push HIM , they targeted him . And what he did ? Nothing , stayed composed for time and time . If you think he is not a good match for your bias then check again. It's easy to say YeJin deserves better , how YOU know? You know her personally? Or know both ? Same applies for fans who feel possessive over him as well. YeJin is literally well composed with good personality and well loved , opposite than him and ON SCREEN you can see how much she soften him , he is far more talkative with her , more relaxed and happy.

 

Everything else is their private moments. And should stay there. 

 

Yes D- outed them? But did they? I asked for YeJin in a golf attire from HER and D is trolling me . Not cool D . We all theorized extensively about HOW it would happen. For me is all suited well and well done . The timing is perfect considering the year we lived in . 

 

They match each other . They compliment each other . They both work for years in a difficult industry . 

 

Now about the time frame , I won't theorize about it , because I will leave at that. We ALL know the why . We know , they totally know. 

 

It's a good day , because YeJin took the biggest step in the 20 years of her career and it means she is in her right path. I hope for the rest of us to maintain our cool aid of fandom. We proved how much we love them without being possessive, it's a good day for us .

 

Our vindication arrived , it's hot and tastes so good.

 

We can prove that we are not like the rest. We can respect them from afar , not being greedy and know real life and boundaries . We can continue love them, talk about them , shower them with love. I hope the 2021 makes us even better fans . We have the best idols , who have been on giving mode for months . They deserve all the privacy and allowed to have their private life where it belongs. Not on the tabloid every day , no paparazzi chasing them or every move deciphered.

 

I love writing here but what it needs to be written. PUBLICLY. 

 

I wish them all happiness and prosper to their life . We can hope for the future , YeJin's Hollywood movie to be something she envisions , for HB to continue thriving in the movies he loves doing .

I have sooo much to say about BinJin but let me just reply to you real quick, @TotoroSY. The radio show is called When I was Young I Listen to the Radio, but in Cantonese it is literally "saliva more than spray." The meaning is that because they talk bunch of random things on the radio show, there is a lot of saliva spray going around.  I believe you brilliantly translated the correct meaning to English once but I forgot if was it here or when we talked elsewhere. 

 

I'm soo happy because that post is Carol Cheng's FIRST NEW YEAR post! Can't wait for her to talk more about BinJin on her radio show. Fans are begging

By the way, has any questioned why she posted a photo of that particular flower basket? I was trying to zoom in to read the "Merry Christmas / Happy New Year" card that came with the basket but can't figure out the writing. Is it Hyun Bin's flower basket for Yejin? Is that why she posted it along with the message?

 

Also, Yejin unnie to me has aways exuded this confidence and elegance around her when she talks about work, and here in her personal message she is totally shy when she talks about her love. Oh guys, I'm crying all over again, I just feel so happy that she's happy. And I find her absolutely adorable that she says she feels "weird" and "shy" about FINALLY sharing her life to us. She's showing us a part of her vulnerable side.

 

I see the famous CLOY photographer Hyo Seon and Min Jung liking her insta photo so I'm sure both her and Hyun Bin are now flooded with congratulations and lovely messages from everywhere. I hope it won't be too overwhelming for them, but they are probably prepared since they know this day would come.

Wow, what a wonderful way to start off 2021!!  I couldn't believe it when I saw the news in my news notifications today lol.  Thought I posted here earlier but it must not have gone though in my excitement haha.  Haven't read through everyone's reactions yet, but I'm sure the news brought a smile to everyone's face today.  

 

I was wary of making too many assumptions or having too many expectations prior to any official confirmation because I've been down that road before.  But I was rooting for them inside and hoped they had chosen each other.  Now that they have officially confirmed, I can cheer them on and embrace the ship unreservedly.

 

Honestly, didn't expect a confirmation from them unless it was a marriage announcement given that SYJ especially seems like such a private person and has never confirmed any partner in her 20 year career.  Bravo and bon courage to her for taking such a big step; it can't have been easy.  What a sincere and cute and relatable IG post she made.  Loved the umms and the hahas.  We can be shy ourselves even when sharing such news as people not in the public eye, imagine sharing with millions of fans and followers.  But I think she's felt the love and support from people for her and this relationship and it's encouraged her to take this step.  Sorry they got papped again, hopefully they were still able to share this news on their own terms and timing.  Going forward, I hope they feel no pressure from any source and continue at their own pace to do and share (or not) what makes them happy.  They are private people at heart, so I understand if they don't share much in the future and they have no obligation to do so.  I just hope they can grow their relationship in peace and happiness, and enjoy whatever crumbs we happen to get. 

 

I don't know anything about Dispatch.  Do the couples they "reveal" always confirm?  It seems from the not so good google translation of their original article that there may have been some coordination behind the scenes with the actors' agencies? All the alleged quotes from their acquaintances on the development of their relationship and their version of the timeline.  I mean, if Dispatch knew they had met up with junior actors from CLOY, they didn't pap them there?  I hope Dispatch will leave them in peace to golf and do other things now that this news is out but that's probably not how tabloids work in Korea or anywhere? 

 

I think the confirmation means that the relationship is now at a mature and stable stage.  Good for them.  As SYJ said, I think they are very grateful to have found a good partner.  Not easy for people in their profession especially to find good partners and one in the same profession as well.  They are brilliant actors but now we know for sure that behind all the warm gazes and sweet vibes, there's real love. And we can swoon over them again haha. 

 

I know RJH & YSR are not HB & SYJ but I just have to go rewatch CLOY again now to enjoy their amazing togetherness on screen.  I hope we'll be blessed with a pic or an interview with them together again sometime.

First and foremost , she didn't apologize . Yes she said what is there to apologize anyways? 

Second ? She was silent for quite some time, like I previously said , she always addressed rumors before and shut them down. Now , for me YeJin is not happy to lie because she is not good at it or she feels bad about it . So her coming and speaking out for the first time in her private page ? No letter , a lot of idols are having written staff from their agencies to appeal the public for less damage.

 

There is nothing to apologize , there is no reason to have a letter written by other people . Her message is sincere , it's her own words , shy and awkward but soft . You would assume her status would have her agency keep her social media silent until the storm passes by. However since ever her instagram was a place where she connects with her friends and also a place she can see her fans reactions. And she didn't address the media first , didn't offer a statement . She went on her own personal page and addressed the matter on her own. AS ALWAYS . Being the realest and more sincere. And I truly appreciate her more for this. Again speaking about people , the love she receives and making sure we know she sees it and appreciates it . 

 

She is a gem , we don't deserve her.

Usually they lay low...That's our Yejin..Bold and unique...We all were expecting Hyun Bin's letters but see it was Yejin...I have also got to appreciate our best boy..He respected her wishes and kept it under the wraps  although  he didn't seem to have problem on confirming when being outed.. But see he got his prize and it was Yejin who made sure to claim him first..
